The tester includes the following main parts, 3.1 Roller Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on October 26, 1994 and implemented on March 1, 1995 HG/T2648--94 The dimensions of the steel roller are shown in Figure 2. The roller is installed on the horizontal axis of the testing machine and can rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow in Figure 1 at a specified speed. During the test, the sample wraps around the roller at a 180-degree wrap angle and rubs against the roller. 2 Figure 1 Rolling rod friction tester 1-rolling rod; 2-test partner; 3-clamp; 4-clamp adjustment device 5-tensioning system; 6-air duct; 7-electrical induction device 3.2 Temperature measurement system HG/T2648-94 The temperature measurement system consists of a thermocouple, an electric induction device and a temperature recorder. It mainly includes a lever with a slider and two clamps. By adjusting the position of the slider on the lever, the tensioning system can apply the tension specified in Article 4.3 to the specimen. The lever of the tensioning system is shown in Figure 3. If the specified tension can be applied to the specimen in the same way as HG/T2648-94 , other force-applying methods are allowed. 3.4 Blowing system The blowing system consists of an air source and a blowing pipe. The blowing pipe is installed on the side of the roller that is not covered by the sample. Its axis is at the same height, parallel and 600mm apart from the roller axis. A row of evenly distributed blowing holes is drilled on the side of the blowing pipe facing the roller. The inner diameter of the blowing pipe and the diameter of the blowing holes depend on the wind source. 3.5 Exhaust system The exhaust system consists of a fan and a wind hood 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The normal working conditions of the testing machine shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2382. 4.2 The outer diameter of the roller is 210±imm, the cylindricality error is not more than 1mm, the roller wall thickness is 6.50t023mm, and the load speed of the roller is 200±5r/min. 4.3 The measuring device of the roller temperature includes a mineral insulation layer and a stainless steel sleeve. The outer diameter of the nickel-chromium-aluminum armored thermocouple is 2mm, and it is fixed to the thermocouple chamber on the drum shell with a ferrule thread. It is installed in the middle of the length of the drum, and the distance between its working end and the drum surface is not more than 0.5mm. Note: 3 thermocouples can be installed to prevent accidental accidents. 4.4 The tensile force required for the sample is: 343±3.5N686±7N1029±10.5N1372±14N1715±I7N. When the test machine is equipped with a sample, the wind speed measured at 200mm from the drum surface is 2.0±0.1m/s.- 4.5 The exhaust wind speed measured in the wind hood shall not be greater than 0.5m/s4.6 The basic requirements, appearance quality and electrical performance of the testing machine shall comply with the provisions of GB2611, and the transportation bumpy performance of the testing machine shall comply with the provisions of HG/T23824.8 5 Test method Test conditions The testing machine shall be tested under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard5.2 Test tools and instruments Vernier caliper b.Digital indicator c.Tachometer d. First-class thermocouple Minimum graduation value 0.02mm; Minimum graduation value 0.01mm; Measurement accuracy ±lr/min; Measurement accuracy 0.5%; Measurement accuracy 0.05m/s; Allowable deviation is ±1.5℃ 5.3 The outer diameter and wall thickness of the roller are checked with a vernier caliper. The average value of the three points measured shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. The cylindrical errors of the three sections measured at both ends and the middle of the roller with a dial indicator shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. The speed of the roller can be measured with a tachometer. The minimum load is measured 3 times and the maximum load is measured 3 times. The average value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 5.4 The test of the accuracy of thermocouple measurement shall refer to the method specified in JG351-84 "Verification Procedure for Working Nickel-Chromium-Nickel-Silicon, Nickel-Chromium-Copper Thermocouples". The test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3. 5.5 The tensile force applied to the sample can be tested with a force measuring device. Clamp the sample with the clamp, adjust the basic level of the force lever, make the slider in each position corresponding to different tensions, and display the tension measured by the slider at each position. The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.6 The wind speed at 200mm from the drum surface can be measured with an anemometer: The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. The wind speed in the wind hood can be measured with an anemometer. The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. 5.7 Basic requirements for testing machines. The appearance quality and electrical performance shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2611, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.7. The transportation sieve performance test of the testing machine shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382, and its performance shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.8. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Each test machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory with a product certificate. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is carried out one by one according to Articles 4.2 to 4.6, and type inspection is carried out by sampling according to Articles 4.2 to 4.8. 6.3. The test machine should be type inspected under the relevant circumstances specified in HG/T2382. 6.4 The sampling and judgment rules of type inspection should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the test machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. Machine documents The types and storage of the documents accompanying the test machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382.
