3.3.1 For annealed steel strip with a thickness not exceeding 0.2mm, its elongation index is not used as a delivery condition. 3.4 According to the requirements of the purchaser, the annealed steel strip rolled from 15~50 steel can withstand a 180° bend test perpendicular to the rolling direction of the steel or a 90° bend test halfway to the rolling direction of the steel. During the cold sound test, a pad with the same thickness as the steel strip should be used, and there should be no cracks or delamination at the bend.
3.5 Steel strips made by rolling 35-70 steel strips should be inspected for decarburization. The total decarburization (full decarburization and partial decarburization layer) should meet the requirements of equipment 4.
Carbon content
3.6 The surface of the steel strip of group 1 should be smooth. There should be no cracks, scars, foreign inclusions, scale, rust and delamination. Individual small bumps, concave blocks, scratches and indentation points with a depth or height not exceeding half of the allowable deviation of the steel strip thickness are allowed. 3.7 The surface of the steel strip of group 3 may be oxidized. There should be no cracks, scars, foreign inclusions, scale, rust and delamination. Individual small bumps, blocks, scratches, indentation points with a depth or height not exceeding the allowable deviation of the steel strip thickness are allowed, as well as insignificant corrugations and grooves.
3. On the edge of the trimmed steel strip, there shall be a burr with a depth not exceeding half of the allowable deviation of the steel strip width and a burr not exceeding the allowable deviation of the thickness.
3.9 On the edge of the uncut steel strip, there shall be a crack with a depth not exceeding the allowable deviation of the steel strip width. 3.10 Special requirements for special purpose steel strips (microstructure, decarburization layer depth, mechanical properties, unevenness and finish, etc.) shall be stipulated by agreement between the two parties.
4 Test method
4.1 The surface quality of the steel strip shall be checked with a shoe. 4.2 The size of the steel strip shall be measured at any part of the length direction with a test of corresponding accuracy. For trimmed steel strips with a width greater than 20mm, the thickness shall be measured at a distance of not less than 5mm from the edge; for untrimmed steel strips, the thickness shall be measured at a distance of not less than 10mm from the edge. For steel strips with a width of not more than 20mm, the thickness shall be measured at the center of the width. 4.3. When measuring the bending of the sensitive belt, put the tested part of the steel belt on a flat surface, and use a 1m long ruler to touch the edge of the steel belt to measure the maximum distance between the steel belt and the ruler. When measuring the unevenness, use the interpolation method to measure the maximum height from half of the surface. 4.4 The tensile test of the sensitive belt shall be carried out in accordance with GB228-76 (Metal Tensile Test Method). 4.4.1 The shape and size of the sample for the tensile test shall comply with the provisions of the following figure and Table 5. 15
0. 05 ~ 0. 18
0.20 ~0.50
0.55 ~1.50
1,55 ~2.00
GB3522-83
Test width
The difference between the width of the test specimen and the test length is 1U.25
4.4.2 When the steel strip with a width less than 115mm and the steel strip with a thickness less than 0.18m and a width less than 25mm is subjected to tensile test, a test strip with a width equal to the thickness of the test strip shall be adopted. In this case, the maximum length shall not be measured. 4.4.3 The tensile test specimen shall be cut parallel to the rolling direction. 4.4.4 During the tensile test, the breaking position of the specimen shall be within 1/3 of the center of the gauge length of the specimen to be valid. Otherwise, the test strip shall be cut parallel to the rolling direction. Another sample should be taken for retest.
4.4.5 Calculate the strength according to the actual cross section of the sample before the test. 4.5 The bending test shall be carried out in accordance with GB232-82 "Method for Metal Bending Test". 4.6 The decarburization layer depth test shall be carried out in accordance with GB224-78 "Determination of Decarburization Layer Depth of Steel". 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 The steel strips shall be inspected in batches. Each batch shall consist of a group of steels with the same steel grade, the same furnace number, the same size and the same category. 5.2 The chemical composition of the steel shall be filled in the quality certificate according to the results of the smelting analysis. The chemical composition of the finished steel strips can be inspected according to the requirements of the purchaser. 5.3 All steel strips shall be inspected for appearance and dimensions. 5.4 The unevenness of the steel strips shall be inspected in a cold hard state. 5.5 From the steel strips that have passed the appearance and dimension inspection, select 3% but not less than 10 rolls (bundles) for tensile test, bending test and decarburization depth test of the steel strips.
When conducting each inspection, take a sample from the inner and outer ends of each steel strip, or take a sample from each of the two steel strips selected from each bundle.
5.6 The sampling position of the sample shall be not less than 10mm from the edge for uncut steel strips and not less than 5mm from the edge for cut steel strips. 5.7 The re-inspection regulations of steel strips shall be implemented in accordance with GB247-80 "General Regulations for Inspection, Correction, Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate of Steel Plates and Steel Strips".
6 Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate
The packaging, marking and quality certificate of steel strips shall be implemented in accordance with GB247--80. Additional notes:
