4.1 General conditions of the test

After wet grinding, dry the prepared paint film at 60±2℃ for 30min, and then spray a layer of Q04-2 white nitrocellulose exterior enamel (viscosity is about 18s, measured according to the medium B method specified in GB1723) and observe after drying. 4.12 Salt water resistance
Perform according to the medium A method specified in GB9274. Sodium chloride (NaCl, chemically pure) is prepared into a 3% (m/m) aqueous solution with distilled water. Spray a layer of paint on the treated thin steel plate, let it stand for 10-15min, and then bake it at 120±2℃ for 1h. After cooling, gently water-grit it with 320-mesh water sandpaper, bake it at 60±2℃ for 30min, take it out, cool it to room temperature, and then spray another layer of paint. Let it stand for 10~15min and bake it at 120±2℃ for 1h, and test it after cooling. The total thickness of the paint film is 45±5um.
4.13 Brushability

4.14 Drying time
Perform in accordance with GB9273.
4.15 Storage stability
Perform in accordance with GB6753.3. The skinning test can be determined using a 250mL wide-mouth bottle. 4.16 Flash point

5 Inspection rules
5.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Under normal circumstances, type inspection is carried out every six months, among which density, viscosity, fineness, paint film color and appearance, pencil hardness, impact strength, cross-cut test, cupping test, nitro resistance, salt water resistance, and drying time are factory inspection items.
5.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. There is also a certificate of conformity, and instructions for use and precautions are attached when necessary.

5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If the quality is found to be inconsistent with the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-test according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the requirements of the indicators of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
5.4 The product is sampled according to GB3186, and the sample is divided into two parts, one is sealed and stored for one year for future reference, and the other is used as a sample for inspection. 5.5 When the product leaves the factory, the product packaging, quantity and marking are inspected and checked. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, and the marking does not meet the regulations, it should be handled in time. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have a dispute over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6 Marking

7 Packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry, sealed container with a filling volume not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing, the product should be kept ventilated, dry, and protected from direct sunlight. It should be isolated from fire and away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down. 7.2 The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 7.3 The product has an effective storage period of one year from the date of production under the storage and transportation conditions of Articles 7.1 and 7.2. 8 Safety and health regulations
The paint contains organic solvents such as xylene and butanol, which are flammable liquids and have certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site, and measures such as fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken. The safe operating procedures and relevant regulations for coating operations should be observed. 4

A1 Before painting, remove the rust and oil stains on the metal surface, and then apply a layer of phosphating primer. Before construction, the paint must be stirred evenly and diluted with a mixed solvent of xylene and butanol. It can be applied by spraying or brushing. After the paint film is dry, it should be polished with water sandpaper, and then putty or topcoat can be applied after it is dry.
Products that exceed the storage period can be inspected according to this standard. If they meet the technical requirements, they can still be used. A2
