3.2 Specifications and characteristics
3.2.1 The metal rectangular saddle ring filler has a ring-shaped saddle structure composed of a ring and a saddle, with a tongue-shaped rib inside, as shown in Figure 3.2:1.

4.0.1 The selected carbon steel material shall be in accordance with the technical conditions of cold-rolled steel plates specified in GB710. 4.0.2 The dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the selected cold-rolled steel plates and steel strips shall be in accordance with the B-level precision specified in GB708.
4.0.3 The selected materials shall have quality inspection certificates, certificates of conformity, and test reports, and shall be sampled and inspected regularly. Materials without the above certificates shall be subject to quality analysis and inspection. 41
5 Manufacturing requirements
5.0.1 The rectangular saddle ring packing is composed of two sections of curves, the upper arc is a circular curve, and the lower arc is a semicircular curve. For specific structural dimensions, see Figure 5.0.1 and Table 5.0.1.

5.0.2 The stamping processing accuracy shall be in accordance with the IT15 level accuracy in GB1804 standard and the B level accuracy in GB1184 standard.
The surface of the finished rectangular saddle ring packing should be smooth, free of rust marks, cracks, and burrs on the edges. 5.0.3
Inspection and acceptance

6.1.1 The packing should be accepted in batches. One size of packing can be regarded as a batch. The batch quantity is shown in Table 6.1.1. When the production volume of one size of packing is less than the batch value specified in Table 6.1.1, it can be regarded as a batch according to the production volume of one size.

The number of samples sampled for inspection in each batch of packing shall not be less than 60. 6.1.3 If more than 5% of the number of samples of the appearance dimensions do not meet the requirements of this standard, the number of samples should be doubled from the same batch of products and retested. The results of the repeated tests also apply to the batch of products. If the unqualified rate of the retested samples is still greater than 5% of the sampling volume, the batch of products is unqualified. 6.2 Inspection method
6.2.1 The inner arc spacing, outer arc spacing, width, height and wall thickness of the packing are measured with a vernier caliper. Each test item of each sample shall not be less than 2 test points. The measurement value requirements are in accordance with Table 3.2.3.6.2.2 When the shape and size of the packing change, the packing characteristics, fluid mechanics and mass transfer performance tests are required. 44
Marking, packaging and storage and transportation
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The packing box should have a product certificate. The certificate should indicate the product name, specification size, inspection result, inspection date, production date, manufacturer name, and be stamped with the quality inspection seal and inspector seal. 7.1.2 The outer packaging of the product should indicate the product name, specification, packing quality (or quantity), manufacturer, and indicate moisture-proof, anti-heavy pressure and other marks.

The packaging should be made of dry boxes or other materials, lined with moisture-proof materials. 7.2.11
The packaging box must be strong enough to ensure it is intact during handling and loading and unloading. 7.2.2
7.3 Transportation and storagebZxz.net
7.3.1 The product must be protected from moisture and rain during transportation. 7.3.2 The product should be kept dry and corrosion-free during storage, and the inner packaging should be kept intact. 45
