National Standard of the People's Republic of China Antimony trisulfide Antimony trisulfide UDC 661.886.51 GB5236-85 This standard applies to antimony trisulfide (commonly known as raw antimony) produced by stibnite smelting method. Antimony trisulfide is used in the industries of steel, rubber, matches, etc. 1 Technical requirements 1.1 According to the chemical composition, the product number of antimony sulfide is as follows:% No. 0 sulfide: No. 1 sulfide Sulfur Combined sulfur Sb,s3-1 Sh,S-1 Sb,S3-2 71.00~72.50 70.00 ~73.00 25.50~28.00 25,00 ~28.30 69,00 ~73.00 1 25.00 ~ 28.30 Water-insoluble matter Impurities Free sulfur Sulfide 1.2 The "hydrochloric acid insoluble matter" of No. 0 and No. - antimony trisulfide for special purposes should not be greater than 1.50%. The supplier should provide the "hydrochloric acid insoluble matter" analysis data. Antimony sulfide is dark gray needle-shaped crystals and should not contain impurities visible to the naked eye. 2 Test methods 2.1 The determination of antimony, combined sulfur, free sulfur, main water-insoluble matter and hydrochloric acid insoluble matter in antimony trisulfide shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3255.1~3255.5-82 "Chemical analysis method of antimony trisulfide". 2.2 The determination of antimony trisulfide in antimony trisulfide shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB3253.1-82 "Antimony Chemical Analysis Method - Determination of Arsenic by Fluorescence Photometric Method" and converted into arsenic trisulfide. 3 Inspection Rules 3.1 The product shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard. 3.2 Each batch can only consist of products of the same product number. 3.3 During production, samples shall be taken according to the furnace batch. The ingots produced by each furnace shall be roughly divided into upper, middle and lower parts. The ingots shall be beaten with iron at the layered parts. Each piece shall be knocked from the four corners and the center (a total of 15 places) as the original sample. The weight of the sample shall not be less than 0.5% of the intended weight of the product. After the original sample is crushed until all of it passes through the 4-mesh sieve (sieve hole 5.1mm), it shall be evenly reduced to 2-3kg, and then crushed until all of the metal passes through the 10-mesh sieve (sieve hole 2mm), mixed and reduced to 500-1000g, and sucked away with a magnet! The iron code of the person, the magic until all the national standards bureau issued on July 22, 1985, implemented on July 1, 1986, GB 5236-85, passed through a 120 mesh sieve, mixed and shrunk into two parts, one part for inspection, and one part for sales batch samples. When a sales batch number consists of recommended furnace batch products, the qualified furnace batch samples are mixed and shrunk to make sales batch samples, divided into three parts, packed in clean ten-dry ground glass bottles or plastic bags, labeled, one part for inspection, one part for the buyer, and one part for the supplier's technical supervision department to be kept as a base sample for 12 months. 3.4 The buyer can accept the received products. If there is any quality objection, it should be raised to the supplier within the sample storage period, and the two parties will negotiate to resolve it. If arbitration is required, the sample for arbitration analysis can be the original retained sample or re-sampled. When retaking, the batch of products should be sampled from every ten boxes (one box if less than + boxes), and then the test samples should be prepared according to the provisions of Article 3.3 of this standard. If the arbitration analysis results still do not match the product number in the quality certificate, the batch of products should be reordered or returned. 4 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 4.1 Antimony monosulfide is packed in wooden boxes lined with tough paper and packed with iron sheets. 4.2 The net weight of each box is 100kg (the allowable weight error is ±0.1%). 4.3 The transportation vehicle must be rainproof and moisture-proof. When transporting two product numbers in the vehicle, the two product numbers must be separated by more than 30cm to prevent mixing. Antimony trisulfide packaging boxes should be marked with the following in a color that is not easy to fall off: 4.4bzxZ.net Supplier name or code, Product name, trademark and article number; Batch number: “Anti-sulphur and anti-moisture” words or marks. Each batch of “products” should be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: 4.5 Supplier name or code: Product name, trademark and article number; Batch number: Analysis results; Batch weight, number of boxes; Number of this standard: Date of manufacture. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the State-owned Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation. This standard was drafted by the Xikuangshan Mining Bureau. The main drafter of this standard was Xiao Yongfu. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Standard YB323-65 "Classification and Technical Conditions of Antimony Sulfide" shall be invalidated. 13.
