4 Technical requirements
4.1 The filter shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The filter shall work under the following conditions: the solid particle size in the slurry is less than 0.5 mm; a.
b. The slurry is non-corrosive;
c. The slurry temperature does not exceed 70℃.
4.3 The speed of the filter cylinder shall be stepless or step-variable within the range specified in Table 1. 4.4 The total effective area of ​​the drainage surface of the filter plate shall not be less than 45% of the filtration area. 4.5 The screws for fastening the distribution plate and the gas plate shall be buried 3~5mm relative to the contact surface of the plate, and the contact surface shall be smooth, without depressions and protrusions. After the gas plate and distribution plate of metal materials are matched and polished, there shall be no less than 3 contact points on any square area with a side length of 1cm. The contact gap between the gas plate and the distribution plate of non-metallic materials shall not be greater than 0.05mm. 4.6 The connecting welds of the distribution head, throat, cylinder and the cavity wall of the slurry tank and the parts working under vacuum or pressure shall be dense. There shall be no threaded through holes.
4.7 The castings of the distribution head, distribution plate, gas plate and throat shall be artificially aged after rough machining. 4.8 The radial runout of the cylindrical surface of the cylinder shall not be greater than the tolerance value given in Table 2. Table 2

4.10The blade of the scraper should be parallel to the cylindrical surface line of the cylinder. The parallelism tolerance of the scraper blade relative to the cylindrical surface line shall not exceed 1.0mm per meter and the total length shall not exceed 2.0mm. 4.11All exposed non-processed metal surfaces of the machine shall be coated with two layers of primer and two layers of topcoat, the total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 74um, and the adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than Grade 2 in GB9286. The paint shall be evenly applied without defects such as paint peeling, flaking, cracks and flow marks. The paint color shall comply with the provisions of JB2299.
4.12 The fastening parts of the filter should be blue (or black). 4.13 The operation of the filter should be stable, and the noise sound pressure level should not be greater than 80dB (A). 4.14 The filter should have reliability indicators. 4.15 The complete set supply scope of the filter includes: a complete set of mechanical parts (excluding auxiliary equipment, filter cloth, pressure rope, steel wire, etc.); a.
b. Electric motor;
c. Vacuum gauge, pressure gauge.
4.16 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the complete set supply of the filter can be supplemented with vacuum pumps, blowers, drainage devices, filter cloth, pressure ropes and steel wires, etc. The requirements for auxiliary equipment are shown in Appendix A (reference). 2
5 Test method

5.1 The test of the filter should be carried out on the test bench of the manufacturer. The machine should run idly at the maximum speed for 2 hours, and the power consumption of the machine (Article 3.2) and the radial runout of the cylinder (Article 4.8) should be measured. 5.2 The noise sound pressure level of the filter (Article 4.13) should be measured with a sound level meter at a distance of 1m from the outer contour of the machine and a height of 1.5m. 5.3 The contact surface state of the distribution plate and the gas plate (Article 4.5) shall be checked by the following method:. The number of contact points of the metal plate shall be checked by the coloring method; b. The non-metallic plate shall be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge, and the insertion depth shall not exceed 10mm. 5.4 The compactness of the filter parts (Article 4.6) shall be checked according to the following provisions before painting: a. The slurry tank and the distribution head of the cylinder shall be kept for 10 minutes by the method of holding water, and no leakage shall be allowed, b. The weld of the cylinder vacuum chamber is tested for kerosene leakage. After 0.5 hours, the white powder on the back shall not turn black. c. The weld of the pipeline connected to the cylinder and the vacuum chamber is tested for air tightness. Use 0.03MPa compressed air for 10 minutes, and no leakage is allowed;
d. The throat should be kept under 0.2MPa water pressure for 10 minutes, and no leakage is allowed; e. The weld of general parts should be inspected for appearance. 5.5 The appearance quality of the filter painting (Article 4.11) is observed with the naked eye, the thickness of the paint film is measured with a magnetic thickness gauge, and the adhesion of the paint film is tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9286.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The filter shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When it leaves the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified.
6.2 In order to inspect whether the filter meets the requirements of this standard, the product shall be subjected to factory acceptance test and regular test. 6.3 Each filter shall be subjected to factory acceptance test to check the working capacity of all assembly units and mechanisms and to comply with the provisions of Articles 4.5, 4.6, 4.8, 4.11 and 4.13.
The noise sound pressure level of the filter (Article 4.13) shall be measured for the first product of the annual plan. The noise sound pressure level of the remaining filters of the annual plan shall be filled in the product certificate according to the data measured for the first product and no further measurement shall be made. 6.4 At least one filter that has been shipped out of the factory shall be subjected to regular test every two years to check whether the filter meets all the requirements of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The filter shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of JB8 and indicate the following contents: a. Manufacturer's name and trademark;
b. Product name and model;
c. Main technical specifications;
d. Code for this standard;
e Factory number, date of manufacture.
7.2 The shipment of filters shall comply with the requirements for water and land transportation. For filters shipped as a whole, the parts shall not be marked. For filters shipped in parts or by assembly units, the assembly drawing number shall be used for marking. There shall be installation marks on the connecting parts, and the parts shall be labeled with the part drawing number.
7.3 The data on the product label shall be printed, and the marks and symbols on the parts shall be filled in or printed with paint. 7.4 The packaging of filters shall be bulk, partial packaging and closed box packaging. The closed box shall be ventilated and rainproof. 7.5. There should be obvious text markings on the closed box wall, including: a. Name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;
b. Name of the shipping station and the shipping unit:
Contract number and product name and model;
d. Gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions: e. Center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation indication signs. JB/T2161--91
7.6 When in bulk, the marking plate should be affixed to the product, and the marking content is the same as Article 7.5, and the center of gravity position is marked on the product. 7.7 The filter should be kept in a warehouse or under a shed to avoid tank damage and weather influence. 7.8 The exposed processing surface of the machine should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with oil paper or plastic film. The anti-corrosion period of the filter shall not be less than 2 years. 7.9 The following technical documents are attached:

8 Manufacturer's guarantee
8.1 Under the condition that the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use rules stipulated in this standard and the product manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the filter meets all the requirements of this standard.
8.2 Within 12 months from the date of commissioning and within 18 months from the date of delivery, if the filter is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product for the user free of charge. 4

Appendix A
Requirements for auxiliary equipment

A1 The auxiliary equipment of the cylindrical external filtration vacuum filter includes: vacuum pump, blower or compressor, automatic liquid discharge device. A2 The vacuum degree of the vacuum pump should be able to reach 48~20kPa, and the pumping rate of the pump is 0.5~2m/min per square meter of filtration area. The vacuum degree is determined by the properties of the suspension. The smaller value of the pumping rate is used to form a dense suspension without cracks in the filter cake layer, and the larger value is used to form a suspension with fine pores or large cracks in the filter cake layer.
A3 The pressure of the blower or compressor should be able to reach 10~50kPa, and the air volume is 0.1~0.5m/min per square meter of filtration area. Among them, the smaller value of the air volume is used for filtering coarse materials, and the larger value is used for filtering fine materials. A4 The automatic drainage device is equipped according to the specifications circled in Table A1, among which the larger specification is used when the suspension concentration is low and the yield (dry material) is high; the smaller specification is used when the suspension concentration is high but the yield is low.
