This standard specifies the technical requirements for the specificity, consistency and stability test of new durum wheat varieties, the principles for judging the test results and the format of the technical report. This standard applies to the testing and evaluation of the specificity, consistency and stability of new durum wheat (TriticumdurumDesf.).

1 Scope
Guidelines for testing the specificity, consistency and stability of new plant varieties Durum wheat
GB/T19557.3—2004
This standard defines the technical requirements for testing the specificity, consistency and stability of new varieties of hard grains, and the judgment of the test results is in the format of point technical reports.
This standard applies to the testing and evaluation of the specificity, consistency and qualitative properties of hard grains (IriticunurumLesl). 2 Normative references

The terms and definitions specified in GB/T19557.1:2004 apply to this standard. 4 Requirements for seeds of test varieties
4.1 Quality and quantity of seeds of test varieties
4.1.1 The quality of hard-grained small seeds for reverse test shall at least meet the requirements of original seeds in G4401.:, the quantity is 1k, 4.1.2 If the hard-grained small new varieties (including new combinations, new germplasm and new materials) submitted have special uses, the quality and quantity of the submitted seeds can be determined according to their characteristics and application areas, depending on the specific circumstances. For selective test items, the quality and quantity requirements of the submitted seeds are shown in Table 1.

4.2 Treatment requirements for test variety seeds
Seed quantity
Seed approval authority shall agree with you that the submitted seeds shall not be subjected to any treatment that affects the growth of the seed plants. If treatment is carried out, a detailed explanation of the treatment shall be given.
4.3 Storage of test variety seeds
After receiving the test seeds, the testing unit shall immediately separate the stored seeds and bring them with it for inspection. 4.4 In addition to submitting the seeds, the tester shall also fill in the "Technical Document" according to GB/T19557.3-200d4
5 Test
5.1 Test time| |tt||The test time should be at least two alternate seasons or about the growth cycle. 5.2 The test site should be able to ensure the normal growth and expression of the test variety and its characteristics. One site should be set for each test variety. If there are special requirements, multiple sites can be tested. 5.3 Set up
67m2 plots in the field. Each plot has 110,000 to 130,000 seedlings. The row spacing is 70cm×3m when sowing in holes. When sowing in rows, the row spacing is 23cm. Each test variety has at least two blocks. The environmental conditions between blocks should be consistent, and separate rows and protection rows should be set.
5.4 The management of the test site is basically the same as that of the field. The field management of the test variety and the test variety should be strictly consistent. 5.5 Sampling and Observation
The approval authority shall determine the test avoidance characteristics of the variety based on the strong data provided by the applicant. The sampling, secret and brushing of the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding characteristics in Appendix B. The observation samples shall come from the middle of the plot or the area without environmental and human factors. The observation data area shall be taken from two plot groups.
5.6 Other
The setting of test pieces and test points for the selective sampling test items shall meet the requirements of Appendix B. When there are special requirements for the approved variety, additional tests can be carried out.
The seeds used for the second test of the same growth season are the seeds harvested in the first growing season. Sterile lines and hybrids are seeds prepared in the previous year.
6 Observation and judgment of traits
6.1 Basic requirements for observation and judgment
6.1.1 The observation of traits shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Appendix A and Appendix B. If the secondary test traits of the standard variety are not expressed or judged due to force majeure or human factors, the test shall be repeated. 6.1.2 The record of observation shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T195.7.1-2004, and the final calculation results shall be converted into codes and reported, and the recorder shall sign. The original records shall be reviewed and signed by the reviewer and auditor. 6.1.3 Judgment of specificity, consistency and stability shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T19557.1-2004. 6.2 Judgment of specificity
If the same trait of the test variety and the similar variety is the same code, it means that the test variety has no difference with the similar variety in this trait. If the test variety has one quality trait or two or more quantity traits that are different from the near variety, or one quantitative trait has two or more codes different from the near variety, it can be determined that the test variety is different from the near variety. 6.3 Consistency judgment: The test variety is analyzed by taking the code as the analysis unit, and the mutation rate is calculated. If the mutation rate of the whole plot is lower than 2.5% and the mutation rate of the test variety does not exceed the mutation rate of the near variety in this trait, the test variety will be regarded as having consistency. Traits that cannot be tested individually cannot be identified for consistency. 6.4 Consistency judgment: If the same trait of the test variety is tested in the same generation in two identical growing seasons, or the mutation rate of the second test is not significantly different from that of the first test, it means that the variety is stable in this trait, otherwise it is unstable. 7 Characters

The test of grains includes 0 mandatory characters and supplementary characters. The mandatory characters are the basic characters of the test and examination plan for each variety. The supplementary characters are the characters selected for further testing when the mandatory characters cannot distinguish the variety from similar varieties. 7. 2 Test characters (22 characters)
