The small standard is a revision of ZBJ4116—39≤55° Net Can Pipe Bad Effect Fast Thread Plate. During the revision, the thinness value of the rolling plate was adjusted, the thickness dimension was changed to the reference dimension, and the thickness dimension limit deviation was cancelled: and editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations. This standard replaces ZBJ41016—89 from the month of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix.

This standard specifies the type and size, tooth size and deviation, technical requirements and some requirements for marking and packaging of 55° Tapered Pipe Thread Rolling Plate. And in Appendix A (Appendix of Suggestion), the use and installation requirements of 55° Tapered Pipe Thread Rolling Plate (hereinafter referred to as Rolling Plate) are given.
This standard applies to the R series thread plates of pipe threads for processing thread seals (threads for thread seals according to GB 730619).
