Some standard content:

GB/T 16295—1996
This standard is one of the series of standards for the standardization and promotion of the universal keyboard Chinese encoding input method. It is formulated mainly based on the national "Seventh Five-Year" key project "Research on the Evaluation of Universal Keyboard Chinese Character Encoding Input Method", "Chinese Character Keyboard Input Evaluation Technology" and G13/14159-93 Universal Keyboard Chinese Character Encoding Input Method Evaluation Rules and a large number of practical experiences in the evaluation of Chinese character input skills. In the series of standards for the standardization and promotion of universal keyboard Chinese character encoding input methods, other standards that have been completed or are being formulated include a) Double-row keyboard key position representation method for Chinese character keyboard input; b) Basic radical set for Chinese character chain input; d) Universal word set for Chinese character keyboard input (GB/T15732-95); d) Universal keyboard Chinese character encoding input method evaluation rules (GB/114159-93). This standard is proposed by China Standardization and Information Classification and Coding Research Institute. This standard is jointly drafted by China Standardization and Information Classification and Coding Research Institute and Chinese Character Coding Committee of Chinese Information Society. China Standardization and Information Classification and Coding Research Institute and Chinese Character Coding Committee of Chinese Information Society are jointly responsible for the interpretation of this standard. The main drafters of this standard are: Liu Bisong, Hua Shaohe, Deng Jie, Cheng Nufan, Yan Weidong, Xiao Jinluan, Jiang Shunmu, Huang Xiandong. 1 Scope

3.1 Universal keyboard Universal keybuard The standard alphanumeric keyboard usually equipped on a computer. The keyboard accommodates AS11 graphic characters, cursor positioning keys and several function keys, and is an interface device between the computer and the user. 3.2 Continuous text #cuntinuuus lex
Text composed of actual corpus fragments. It usually consists of semantically coherent characters, words, sentences, punctuation and other symbols. 3.3 Single-word discrete text discreic 1cxt Semantically incoherent text composed of characters, punctuation and other symbols. 3.4 Test text tes1 lex1
Text used for general keyboard text input skills testing, which includes continuous text, single-word discrete text, 3.5 Effective word count effective sharacler The number of words correctly input in the order of the test text. 3.6 Input velocity input velocitybzxz.net
The ratio of the number of effective words input to the input time (unit, half/nmin). 3.7 Input accuracy correct rate The ratio of the number of valid input words to the sum of the number of actual input words (the actual number of input words includes the number of valid words, the number of errors and the number of missed words) and the number of missed words (unit: %).
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 12, 1996 and implemented on October 1, 1996
4 Determination of test text
GB/T16295..1996
4.1 The corpus used to generate the test text should be universal, representative and of considerable size, and should be generated by computer. 4.2 The continuous text should include content on politics, economy, science and technology, culture, etc., with each part accounting for a similar proportion and being evenly and reasonably distributed. 4.3 The single-word discrete text is generated from GB2312 (or GB12345) by random sampling, of which the secondary characters account for 2%.
4.4 The characters in the test text do not exceed the range of GB1988 and GB2312 (or GB12345>. 4.5 The test text is in the form of written text, recorded text 5.1 The test method is divided into two types: visual and auditory. Visual is the main method. Auditory is conducted according to the specific situation. 5.2 Each item of the test of the ability to hit and throw is divided into two times. Different text is used each time, and each test time is 20min~30min. 5.3 The test of the ability to hit and throw is conducted with continuous text, and the test time is 10min-15min. 6. Score evaluation
The scoring method is mainly computer scoring, and manual verification is the main method. 6.2 The formula for determining the input rate is:
Effective words
Input rate-2
Input time
6.3 The formula for determining the input accuracy is:
Effective words
Input accuracy rate=Number of missing words×100%6.4 The test results include two indicators: input rate and input accuracy. The final score can be determined according to the actual situation and needs. 1: "Item" is for continuous text and single-word discrete text.
