This standard is a revision of ZB T62002—90 "Technical Specifications for Double Acting Cylinders for Agriculture" and ZB T62003—90 Test Methods for Double Acting Cylinders for Agriculture". The above two standards will be merged during the revision, and the following major technical contents will be changed from the original standards: the durability cycle number of cylinder
is changed from 26×104 times to 30×10*; the requirements for the deactivation degree of tears and the detection method of full deactivation degree are added. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging requirements for hydraulic cylinders for agriculture. This standard is used for oil pressure test (hereinafter referred to as oil pressure test) with a rated pressure greater than 20MPa. 1.2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the standard are cited in the current standard and constitute the provisions of this standard. When this standard is published, all versions are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. 3.1 The production station of the oil cylinder shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the current process: 3.2 The parts of the oil cylinder (including outsourced parts) shall comply with the specifications of 1.2 and 1.5 in GB/T7935-1987. 3.3 The frequency of the friction surface of the piston rod shall meet the requirements of rust prevention and wear. 3.4 The oil cylinder shall have a piston rod dust removal device. 3.5 The working surface and platform of the main wear parts such as the plate, the live rod, the live rod and the guide sleeve shall be The surface is not allowed to have rust, scratches, or defects. All sealing parts and dust removal parts must not be damaged. 3. Before assembling, burrs and sharp edges should be removed and cleaned. 4.1 Test conditions
4.1.1 Test equipment

Except for the temperature reduction test, the oil temperature of other tests is 65±4. When detecting internal leakage, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 15℃. The oil temperature of the test opening is 65±4℃.
4. 1. 5 Test pressure
The test pressure is the rated pressure unless otherwise specified. 4. 1. 6 Determination
The measured parameter value can be recorded only when the difference of the controlled parameter meets the requirements of Table 4. When the internal leakage detection starts, it should also meet the requirements of Table 4.

4.1.7.2 Auxiliary temperature lead point position: The distance from the temperature measurement lead point to the oil cylinder inlet and outlet should be (-8) (d is the pool pipe diameter). 4.2 Test methods
4.2.1 Type test
4.2.1.1 Performance test

The test samples shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of 5.3.1, and the test items and methods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 5. 4.2.1.2 Long-term test
4.2.1.2. One cylinder to be tested shall be randomly selected from the qualified products after the factory test. 4.2.1.2.2. Firstly, check the performance of the tested cylinder according to item 1 to item 6 in 5. The inspection results should meet the requirements of Table 1. Then, carry out the durability test. 4.2.1.3.4 Preparation before testing: Pass the No. 120 free agent gasoline through a filter membrane with an accuracy of 12m. All the tools and the outside of the inspection cylinder should be cleaned before inspection. Put two pieces of filter paper into two incubators respectively, put them into the drying cage in a half-covered state, and dry them at 105°C for 0.5h. Take them out, close them when taken out, weigh them separately until they are completely weighed and record them, and put them into the desiccator for use. 4.2.1.3.5 Inspection process: disassemble the waste and put it into the incubator. Use a white cloth to clean the part in contact with the working medium. After cleaning, filter the waste in the incubator through the spare double-layer filter paper. Rinse the upper filter paper with 50mL of cleaning solution to remove the oil. 4.2.1.4 Appearance inspection: Detailed visual inspection. Inspect the oil cylinder under test item by item in 3.11. 4.1.1.5 During the inspection process, no adjustment, repair or replacement shall be made to the test piece: 4.2.2 Strict test
Perform performance test on item 4 and item 6 in the inspection form 5. The piston shall cycle through the full stroke for 5 times and there shall be no oil leakage at the beginning of the piston. And conduct appearance inspection according to 3.11
S-type inspection rules
5.1 Each product must undergo factory test and can only be shipped after passing the inspection by the production and technical inspection department. 5.2 Product type test shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) New product finalization;
There are major changes in design, process and materials used; c) Change of production or restart of production after suspension of more than 2 years; d) Products that have been put into production for not less than 1 every 5 years. 5.3 Inspection regulations for type test
5.3.1 Sampling plan and judgment rules for approved products shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the standards for product classification. 5.3.2 The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2, and the inspection results shall meet the requirements of Chapter 3. 5.4 Upon delivery, the user may conduct a sample inspection in accordance with this standard, or may conduct an inspection in accordance with the provisions of the contract. 6.z Packaging
6.2.1 After the cylinder test, the oil shall be drained out, and each oil port shall be sealed with an oil-resistant plug. The external thread shall be protected. 6.2.2 The packaging materials should be moisture-proof and ensure that they will not be damaged during transportation. 6.2.3 Each oil cylinder should be accompanied by a product certificate and instructions for use. 6.2.4 The outside of the packaging box should be marked with: product name, model, sales quantity, gross weight, departure station, arrival station, manufacturer and address, consignee and address, packing date, and transportation precautions, etc. 6.2.5 All documents and spare parts for each cylinder should be packed into the box together with the product. 6.3 The oil cylinder should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry and clean place and kept properly. 6.4 On the premise that the user complies with the storage, installation and use rules, if the product is not used normally due to manufacturing quality problems within 1 month from the date of delivery, the manufacturer shall implement the "Regulations on the Responsibility for the Treatment, Replacement and Return of Agricultural Machinery Products":4 The test is divided into four stages. The number of cycles in each stage is 25% of the total number of cycles (or the corresponding piston running distance). 4.2.1.3.4 Preparation before testing: Use a 12m precision filter membrane to filter No. 120 gasoline, all the tools and the outside of the inspection cylinder should be cleaned before testing, put two filter papers into two incubators respectively, half cover them into the drying cage, dry them at 105℃ for 0.5h, close them when taken out, weigh them respectively and record them, and put them into the dryer for use. 4.2.1.3.5 Inspection operation process: disassemble the parts, put them into the tray, clean the parts in contact with the working medium with a white cloth, wash them, and then clean the sensor through the spare double-layer filter paper, and rinse the upper filter paper with 50mL of cleaning liquid to remove the oil. Material: Put the two layers of filter paper in two culture vessels respectively, and then put them in a drying oven with half cover, and dry them at 105℃ for 2h. Take the weight difference, weigh them to a constant weight and record it. Subtract the weight of the filter paper before drying from the weight difference, and calculate the total weight of the contaminated object.
4.2.1.4 Appearance inspection
