SY/T 5097-1996, Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Technical Conditions for Drilling (Repair) and Multi-parameter Instruments
Published on December 31, 1996
China National Petroleum Corporation
Implemented on September 1, 1997
This standard is a revision of the original petroleum and natural gas industry standard SY/T5097-91. Since SY/T5097-91 was implemented, the use of drilling multi-parameter instruments has expanded from land drilling to offshore oil drilling and workover rig sidetracking drilling. Therefore, the original standard can no longer fully meet the actual needs and should be revised.
The revised standard retains the applicable parts of SY/T5097-91. This standard replaces SY/T5097-91 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed and managed by the Petroleum Instruments and Meters Professional Standardization Committee. Drafting unit of this standard: Chongqing Instrument Factory of Sichuan Petroleum Administration Bureau The main drafters of this standard are Cao Jianli and Zhou Shengming 1 Scope

6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out promptly in the following cases: 1) Trial design of new products or old products after formal production: b) When there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, after a total of [00 sets of instruments have been produced: d) When the instrument is put into production again after being discontinued for two years: d) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection, the national technical supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection. 6.2.2 The month and method of type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current type inspection. The random sampling plan shall comply with G1/T2828·198? The sampling plan shall be determined according to the provisions of 41146: the sampling plan shall be checked normally in Table 3 and the sampling plan shall be determined by the push-stop method in Table 4 of this mark. 6.3 Judgment rules
SY/T 5097—1996
) All mandatory inspection items shall be carried out and they can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. Unqualified items are allowed to be returned for repair and re-inspected as required. They can only leave the factory after passing the re-inspection.
6.3.2 If any item in the type inspection is unqualified, double sampling inspection should be carried out: if there are still unqualified items, the type test of this batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified

The instrument can be stored in a warehouse without corrosive gas at -30℃-+50℃ and relative humidity not more than 90%.7. Clamp tension,
Connect the sensor to the display meter, and use the hydraulic tension machine to apply 0~100√ tension to the sensor. The display value is 0kV~100kN. The result should meet the requirements of 44.7. 5.4.8. Drilling and outlet flow
Fix the sensor on the test bench and take pictures with the indicator and recorder. After the instrument traces the opening and closing height of the gear, the display value and the recorded value should be the same. Test three times in a row. The test results should meet the requirements of 44. 5.4.9. Tension.
The test method is the same as that of 547 lifting clamp torque. The result should meet the requirements of 449! 6. Inspection rules
