Check the oil level of the bearing box and hydraulic adjustment device every one month. If necessary, fill up the missing oil, and turn the impeller by hand several times a month. 9.7.2 Before storage, check whether the anti-rust measures on the processed surface are complete. 9.7.3 For intermediate shafts with couplings, if the couplings are assembled with the intermediate shaft or main shaft, the processed surface should be coated with anti-rust oil in advance; if they are packaged separately, they should be stored according to the packaging.
9.7.4 The oil supply device should be filled with anti-rust oil and stored in a dry room with a small temperature difference. The oil level should be checked monthly and replenished if necessary. And open the oil drain plug in the device every month to check whether there is precipitated condensation water, and then tighten the screw plug when the clean oil flows out. 9.8 According to the supply status, within the guarantee period, before the first test run, the supplier's personnel or engineering and technical personnel familiar with the business should participate in the inspection of the complete set of fan impellers, couplings, oil supply devices and other parts. , the test run can only be carried out after the inspection is confirmed that the test run conditions are met.

2 Packaging and transportation
8.2.1 The fan should be packed according to the number, item and number of pieces specified in the packing list. The packaging box should comply with the regulations of JB/T6444, and should comply with the relevant transportation regulations of waterways, highways and railways. 8.2.2 The accompanying documents should be placed in the packaging box of the fan body and packed in a moisture-proof bag. 8.2.3 Fans are allowed to be packaged simply, but the packaging of the fan rotor, main bearing box, motor oil station, couplings and instruments must be waterproof, moisture-proof and vibration-proof.
8.2.4 For fans with rotors installed, the openings at both ends of the casing should be closed with wooden covers or substitutes. 8.2.5 On the wooden cover or substitute located on the coupling side, a Hand hole for opening the lid. So that the rotor can be turned by hand at any time. 8.2.6 The exposed unpainted processing parts of the fan parts must be protected by an anti-rust layer or oiled paper tape. 8.2.7 All threaded joints should be plugged or closed with caps. 8.2.8 Unless due to transportation limit size restrictions or construction site installation requirements, the fans should be delivered in assembled components as much as possible. 9Storage and Maintenance
9.1 Strictly abide by the storage and maintenance regulations in the fan instruction manual. 9.2 The fan is not allowed to be stored in an environment with humid and corrosive gases. 9.3 When parts with exposed machined surfaces are stored separately, they must be coated with anti-rust oil or grease and protected with oil paper or plastic film. If these parts need to be stored for a long time, corresponding protective measures should be taken and the corrosion of the processed surface should be checked regularly. 9.4 The fan is equipped with main components such as a time wheel, bearing box, and instruments. A storage location that is basically vibration-free should be considered in advance, and it should be placed in a room that is dry and has a small temperature difference.
JB/T 4362 - 1999
9.5 Steel structural components can be placed in the open air, but the coating must be inspected every 3 months and repaired if necessary. 9.6 The silencer sheets and expansion joints of the muffler are best stored indoors. If they are stored in the open air, they must be covered to achieve waterproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof effects.
9.7 Maintenance measures for long-term outage after the fan is assembled. 9.7.1 The storage of the fan should comply with the provisions of 9.4. The fan bearing box is filled with anti-rust oil (hydraulic equipment anti-rust oil) to the highest oil level (indicated on the oil level indicator), and the hydraulic adjustment device is filled with anti-rust oil. Check the oil level of the bearing box and hydraulic adjustment device every one month.
