3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1

5 Supplier access requirements
5.1 The supplier shall show the following certificates to the distributor: a) Business license of the enterprise (unit:

The whole process of transportation, distribution and sales shall include:
Quality management system.
5.2 The supplier shall have supporting measures of HACCP and food safety certification for the quality of fresh and frozen livestock and poultry products. 5.3 The supplier shall make a full commitment to the quality of the fresh and frozen livestock and poultry products it provides and ensure that the products it provides meet the relevant national standards. 5.4 The supplier shall declare to the distributor that there is an inspection organization responsible for inspecting its products. 5.5 The supplier shall establish a traceability and return system for unqualified fresh and frozen poultry products. 6 Product entry into the market
6.1 Supplier evaluation
6.1.1 The distributor shall conduct on-site inspections of the supplier's production capacity, processing equipment, product quality, quality control level, credit qualifications, etc., and issue an on-site inspection report.
5.1.2 The distributor shall track and evaluate the supplier's commitment to quality of frozen and frozen livestock and poultry products and corporate reputation, establish a qualified supplier file and confirm it.

Distributors shall conduct temperature sampling for each batch of frozen livestock and poultry products provided by suppliers and keep temperature records. 6.3.4 Inspection rules
6.3.4.1Distributors shall inspect the non-epidemic area certificate, vehicle disinfection certificate, meat inspection certificate, animal quarantine certificate, order contract or shipping documents, designated slaughterhouse certificate and product temperature of each batch provided by suppliers and keep records. 6.3.4.2Distributors shall conduct hygienic quality, packaging materials and product type inspection of suppliers' products in accordance with national standards and keep records.

6.4 Purchase records
Distributors shall record the name of the supplier, purchase time, variety name, quantity, etc. when purchasing each time. Special requirements can be explained in the corresponding remarks or provided with detailed literature standards and other references. 6.5 Control of non-conforming products
6.5.1 Establishment of non-conforming product control procedures
Distributors should establish control procedures for non-conforming products of suppliers and importers. 6.5.2 Determination of non-conforming products
If any of the sensory indexes, chemical indexes and harmful microorganisms indexes in the test report of fresh and frozen livestock products provided by the distributors are unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as non-conforming.
6.5.3 Handling of non-conforming products
6.5.3.1 When the distributor finds non-conforming products in the acceptance or sampling of fresh and frozen livestock products provided by the suppliers, the distributor shall stop selling the batch of products.
Purchase,
Distributors shall promptly seal the non-conforming products found in 6.3.3, do a good job of insulation and other corresponding treatment! , and keep records. The distributor shall promptly notify the supplier and issue a warning. After the delivery is confirmed, the distributor shall implement a recall system for the batch of products. If the distributor finds unqualified products three times in the acceptance or sampling of livestock and poultry products provided by the supplier, the distributor shall suspend the supply of the supplier. If the supplier's products fail to meet the standard requirements after review, the distributor shall implement a withdrawal mechanism for the product. 6.5.3.5
