Some standard content:
GB16715.4—1999 In order to promote high-yield and high-quality products of excellent varieties in agricultural production, protect agricultural production, safeguard the interests of seed producers, operators and users, and promote seed trade, the quality standards of cabbage vegetable seeds are specially formulated and revised. Based on extensive investigation and a large number of experimental studies on the current status of cabbage seed quality in my country, this standard revises the quality standards of cabbage and cauliflower seeds in GB8079-1987 "Vegetable Seeds". At the same time, the seed quality standards of hybrid cabbage and bulb cabbage (Benzoline) are formulated. The standard items are still variety purity, seed cleanliness, germination rate and moisture. In this standard, the seed quality level is reduced, conventional seeds are not graded, and a standard value is set for each of the four indicators: purity, cleanliness, germination rate is set as the minimum indicator, and moisture is set as the maximum limit. Hybrid seeds are divided into two levels based on purity, and the other three items are the same as conventional seeds. Due to the changes in the inspection method and judgment standard, the germination rate is changed to the seedling identification method, so the revised value is reduced; the cleanliness adopts the rapid method, so the revised value is increased. The standard value of moisture content does not change much. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Crop Seeds. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center, Hunan Seed Station, Tianjin Seed Station, Beijing Seed Station, Hebei Seed Station, Beijing Vegetable Seed Quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Agriculture. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhang Shumin, Zhao Juying, Yang Shuhui, He Xiaoyan, Shuai Shurong, Zheng Xiaoru. This standard is entrusted to the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture for interpretation. 18 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Seeds of gourd and vegetable -Cole vegetables Cabbage Seeds of gourd and vegetable -Cole vegetablesGB 16715. 4—1999 Replaces GB8079—1987 This standard specifies the quality requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for cabbage, hybrid cabbage, kohlrabi and cauliflower seeds. If the purity does not reach the original seed index, it will be downgraded to the first-grade seed, if it does not reach the first-grade seed, it will be downgraded to the second-grade seed, and if it does not reach the second-grade seed, it will be unqualified seed. One index is set for each of the purity, germination rate and moisture. If one of the indexes does not reach the index, it is unqualified seed. When comparing the measured values of purity, purity and germination rate with the specified values in the standard, the allowable error used for comparison with the specified values in GB/T3543.1~3543.6-1995 will not be implemented for the time being.
