5 Technical requirements

5.1 The device shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The device shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.1~3836.4, GB1497 and other standards. After the explosion-proof performance test, the "explosion-proof certificate" issued by the inspection unit shall be obtained.
5.3 Normal use conditions of the device
Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
Ambient temperature -5~40℃; Maximum annual average temperature 20℃; Relative air humidity not exceeding 95% (at 25℃); In a mine with explosive gas (methane) mixture; In a place without significant shaking and impact vibration; The installation inclination with the vertical plane does not exceed 15°, in an environment without gas and vapor that damages metal and insulation; In a place without dripping water and other liquids; Installation category; Direct pollution level: Level 8. 5.4 The components of the device (relays, electronic devices, etc.) must comply with the provisions of their respective product standards or technical conditions. 5.5 The dielectric properties of the device must be able to withstand the AC 50Hz power frequency withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown and flashover. 5.5.1 For the main circuit and the control circuit and auxiliary circuit specified to be connected to the main circuit, the power frequency withstand voltage test voltage value shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.
