The relationship between the special equipment specialty and other specialties during the engineering design stage HG/T 20702.2-2000 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the relationship between the special equipment specialty and other specialties during the engineering design stage (the interface and mutual relationship between specialties), and is applicable to the design management during the engineering design stage. 2 Relationship with the design manager The design manager shall provide the specialty with a commencement report and its attachments, including: basic data of engineering design: engineering design schedule: quality plan; design regulations approved by the user (with the user's opinions and requirements); equipment list; approved preliminary design documents or contracts and their contract attachments. The specialty shall provide the design manager with the following documents: special equipment engineering design regulations; general technical regulations, engineering standards, and procedure specifications for various types of special equipment: purchase requisitions or technical specifications for special equipment (inquiry, ordering): drawings and materials delivery sheets for each publication; technical risk memorandum. 3 Relationship with Chemical Process Major Chemical Process Major needs to provide this major with: process flow chart and process specification; Material balance sheet; Special equipment process data sheet (including special equipment condition diagram): connection and interface position of temperature, pressure and analytical instrument (including interface position diagram). This major needs to provide the Chemical Process Major with various versions of special equipment diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet. 4 Relationship with Process System Major The Process System Major needs to provide this major with: design pressure of various special equipment; Special equipment connection summary sheet; Equipment elevation and net positive suction head (NPSH) table. Relationship with Pipeline Materials Specialty Pipeline Materials Specialty shall provide this specialty with: Equipment and Pipeline Insulation (Cold Insulation) Regulations; Equipment and Pipeline Painting Regulations; Pipeline Material Grade Table and Pipeline Wall Thickness Table; Pipeline Connection Standard Regulations and Special Connection Structure Standard Drawings. This specialty shall provide the Pipeline Materials Specialty with various versions of special equipment schematics (equipment engineering drawings) and/or data sheets. Relationship with Electrical Specialty 12.0.1 This specialty shall provide the Electrical Specialty with the power usage condition table of the motors that are matched with the equipment. The Electrical Specialty shall provide this specialty with the purchase instructions and data sheets of the motors. 12.0.2 13 Relationship with the Purchasing Department The Purchasing Department shall provide the following information and documents to this specialty: 1. Quotation technical documents of the manufacturer (commercial company); 2. Technical information (capabilities, performance), product samples and product catalogues of relevant manufacturers (commercial companies); 3. List of qualified manufacturers (commercial companies); List of manufacturers (commercial companies) agreed to participate in the VCM coordination meeting; Notice of convening the manufacturer (commercial company) coordination meeting (VCM); Technical annexes to the order contract; ACF drawings and data sheets, data sending sheets (unless otherwise specified) for review by the manufacturer (commercial company); CF drawings and technical information of the manufacturer (commercial company); Manufacturing and test records, inspection data reports and product certificates of the manufacturer (commercial company).
