The other 3 are 0% of the labeled amount. G1/21630—2008 5.2 Use a bomb calorimeter to measure the combustion of the spray. 5.3 Take a safety precaution to prevent people from inhaling harmful substances. 6 Test steps 6.1 Test of full sample volume 6.1.1 This test should be carried out in an environment with no airflow and headwind: the temperature is controlled at 20C±5℃, and the relative humidity is controlled at 30%~80%. 6.1.2 Take 3 full test samples and completely immerse them in a constant temperature water sugar of 20℃+1℃ for 30min. 6.1.3 Before the test begins, each spray must be sprayed for 18 seconds to exclude non-uniform substances that enter the suction tube. 6.1.4 Test the initial discharge rate of the spray internal pressure (to exclude defective or incompletely filled sprays). 6.1.5 The spray instructions should be strictly followed during operation, including whether the spray position of the spray can be adjusted or reversed at will; if it is to be shaken, it should be shaken before the test. 6.1.6 Support the burner on a horizontal table, or fix the burner on a bracket with a flame. 6.1.7 Light the burner, the flame should not emit light, and the height should be 4 cm to 5 cm. 6.1.8 When the test reaches the marked amount of spray sample, the distance between the burner flame and the spray nozzle is 15 cm to 90 cm. The test distance between the burner flame and the spray nozzle is preferably 60 cm. When the spray ignites at a distance of 60 cm, the distance between the burner flame and the spray spray is increased by 15 cm: When the burner flame and the spray spray do not ignite at a distance of 6 cm, the distance is shortened by 5 m. This is to test the minimum distance between the burner flame and the spray spray to produce natural combustion, or to determine that ignition cannot be obtained at a distance of 15 cm between the burner flame and the spray spray. 6.1.9 Adjust the position of the burner and the spray nozzle so that the spray nozzle and the burner flame are at the same height! The spray nozzle is located in the middle and upper part of the burner (see figure). The spray should pass through the upper half of the flame. 5 22888G 6.1.10 Open the start valve of the spray and release the contents 53, unless ignition occurs. If ignition occurs, continue to release and record the flame time 53 from the start of ignition. 6.1.11 If no combustion occurs, adjust the spray position, for example, turn the upright product upside down, and observe whether it burns. If combustion occurs, continue to release and record the flame time from ignition. 6.1.12 Record the test conditions of each step, see Table A. 6.1.13 Test each sample once 6.2 Test the sample with a spray volume of 10% to 12% of the labeled volume. 6.2.1 Test distance If the product does not ignite at 15 cm when full, start the test from 15 cm; if it can ignite when fully filled, start the test again at 15 m above the ignition distance. 6.2.2 Test each product once, record the test results, and see the table in 1.7. Result judgment The test results and combustion value are calculated by the average value, and the judgment is as follows: 7.1 If the chemical combustion heat of the spray is equal to or greater than 20kJ/g and the ignition distance is 75 cm or more, the spray is classified as extremely flammable; 2 Otherwise, it is classified as flammable. GB/21630—2008 2 If the chemical combustion heat of the spray is less than 20kJ/g and the ignition distance is 75 cm or more, the spray is classified as extremely flammable. 7.2 7.3 If the chemical combustion heat of the spray is less than 20kJ/g and the ignition distance is greater than or equal to 15cm and less than 75cm, the spray is flammable. 4 If the chemical combustion heat of the spray is less than 20kI/gH, the ignition distance measurement should refer to GB/T21631-20087.4 《Test Method for Ignition of Sealed Space for Dangerous Goods Sprays》determine its flammability, GB/1216302008 Product Name Initial Load Spray Distance As crm Performance (including the position of the sample) Is it burning Is it burning Is it burning Is it burning Is it burning Jingxiang burning Black apricot burning tender GB/T 21630-2008 (Informative attachment) Spray ignition distance test record Sample 1 The 2nd time Sample 2 The 2nd time The 1st time Group 3 The 2nd and 3rd time Copyright exclusive infringement must be investigated Book number: 1550661-31601 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
