GB/T4122.1 Basic packaging terms GB/T4857.3 Test method for static shear load of packaging for transport packages (CB/T4857.3-1992, eqVISO2234:1985) 3 Terms and definitions Terms and definitions established in GB/T4122.1 and the following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Boxes Complete rectangular or polygonal containers made of metal, wood, plywood, recycled paper, fiberboard, plastic or other suitable materials. Small holes (holes) are allowed on the packaging for handling operations or to meet classification requirements, as long as the integrity of the packaging is not destroyed or endangered. 3.2 drum Cylindrical container with flat or convex ends made of metal, fiberboard, plastic, plywood or other suitable materials. 3.3 fiberboard drum fibre druu drum made of fiberboard. plywood drum drum made of plywood as the barrel body, and plywood and plywood as the barrel top and lid, which is lighter than the wooden barrel body. 3.5 jerrican Metal or plastic container with rectangular or polygonal cross section. 3.6 receptacle A sealed container used to hold or contain substances or articles, including the sealing device. 1 GB/T 21593--2008 Packaging Container and other parts or materials required by the container to achieve this function. 3.8 Packaging The whole formed by the product after packaging. Www.bzxZ.net Stacking test A test to place heavy objects on the package or packaging container to evaluate the ability of the package or packaging container to withstand stacking static loads and the ability of the packaging to protect the contents. 4 Test equipment Stacking test equipment: It should comply with the provisions of GB/T4857.3. 4.1 Horizontal surface The horizontal surface should be flat and hard. The height difference between any two points should not exceed 2m. If it is a concrete floor, its thickness should be not less than 150 mm. 4.2 Loading device The loading device is determined according to the selected method (method 1, method 2 or method 3). 4.2.1 Method 1: Package Group Each package in the group should be identical to the test sample under test. The number of packages is determined by the total mass of the package to achieve the appropriate load. 4.2.2 Method 2: Free loading plate The plate should be able to be freely adjusted to balance on the test sample together with the appropriate load. The load and the loading plate can also be a whole. When the loading plate is placed at the center of the top of the package sample, its size should be at least 100 Ⅱm larger than the top side of the package. The plate should be hard enough to ensure that it can fully bear the load without deformation. 4.2.3 Method 3: Guided loading plate Guiding measures are used to ensure that the lower surface of the plate can always remain horizontal together with the appropriate load. The measures used should not cause friction that affects the test results. When the loading plate is placed at the center of the top of the test sample, its size should be at least 100mm larger than the top side of the package. The plate should be hard enough to ensure that it can fully bear the load without deformation. 4.3 Device for deflection test The error of all deflection test devices shall be accurate to ±1mm. 4.4 Safety facilities Attention shall be paid to the stability and safety of the applied load during the test. To this end, a set of reliable test facilities shall be provided, and in the event of danger, the load shall be controlled to prevent harm to nearby personnel. 5 Test procedure 5.1 Sample pretreatment 5.1.1 The temperature of the high temperature chamber (box) shall be controlled at not less than 40℃. 5.1.2 Fiberboard dangerous goods packaging shall be placed in an environment with controlled temperature and relative humidity for at least 24h. There are the following options, one of which can be selected: The best environment is a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 50%±2%. The other two options are: a temperature of 20℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 65%±2%; or a temperature of 27℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 65%±2%. 5. 2 Number of tests The number of samples for the stacking test is 3. 5.3 Test steps 5.3.1 Record the temperature and humidity of the test site. GB/T 21593—2008 5.3.2 Place the test package on the stacking floor, and place the load plate at the center of the top surface of the package, with its perimeter 100 mm larger than the edge of the top surface of the package. 5.3.3 Calculate the stacking load. The minimum stacking height including the sample should be 3m. The test duration is 24h, but plastic barrels (cans) and plastic composite barrels (cans) are stacked for 28d in an environment with a temperature not lower than 40℃. Paper, fiberboard barrels (boxes), and plywood boxes (boxes) are stacked for 24h in the environment specified in the sample pretreatment. The stacking load is calculated using formula (1): where (Hh)xM P.--added load, in dry grams (kg); K deterioration coefficient, K value is 1; stacking height (not less than 3m), in meters (m); h--height of a single package, in meters (m); M is the gross mass (gross weight) of a single package, in grams (kg). .-(1 5.3.4 If the method of 4.2.2 or 4.2.3 is used, the heavy object as the load shall be placed on the loading plate without causing impact, and it shall be evenly in contact with the loading plane to ensure that the center of gravity of the load is just above the center of the top surface of the package. The error between the applied load (package loading plate) and the calculated loading load is ±2%. The distance between the center of gravity of the load and the loading plate shall not exceed 50% of the height of the package. If the test is subjected to special loading, a suitable simulation model may be placed above or below the test sample, or it may be placed below the test sample as needed. 5.3.5 The load shall be maintained for a predetermined duration or until the package is crushed. 5.3.6 During the test, the deformation of the test sample shall be recorded according to the predetermined test plan. If necessary, the deformation of the test sample may be measured at any time. 5.3.7 Remove the load, check the damage of the package and its contents according to the relevant standards, and analyze the test results. 6 Test report - Name, quantity, size and specification of the test sample; name of the manufacturer; Pretreatment temperature, relative humidity and pretreatment time; - Test equipment; Stacking test conditions; Record of test results, and any phenomena observed during the test that help explain the test results; Explain the differences between the test methods used and this standard one by one: ... Test date, signature of the tester, and seal of the testing unit. ..comGB/T 21593-2008 People's Republic of China National Standard Packaging Stacking Test Method Dangerous Goods GB/T 215932008 Published by China Standards Press No.16, Sanlihebei Street, Fuxingmenwai, Beijing Postal Code: 100045 Website: spc.nct,cn Tel: 68523946 68517548 China Standards Press, printed by Huangdao Yinwei Factory, distributed by Xinhua Bookstores in various places||tt ||Format 880×12301/16 Printing sheet 0.5 Word count 7,000 words First edition in June 2008 First printing in June 2008 Book number: 155066·131819 Price 10.00 yuan Report to be replaced by our publishing center If there is any printing error Copyright infringement will be investigated Report phone: (010)68533533 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
