Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7850-95 Hand clamp quick-change connector 1995-12-01 Issued Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China 1996-07-01 Implementation Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Hand clamp quick-change connector Subject content and applicable pressure range JB/T7850--95 This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, pressure resistance test, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hand clamp quick-change connectors. This standard applies to the connection of oil and water transmission pipelines with nominal pressure PN≤1.6MPa\ and medium temperature≤120C. Note: 1) The actual use pressure can reach 2MPs. 2 Reference standards GB1184 GB/T1804 GB4879 GB7284 3 Types and dimensions Shape and position tolerances Provisions for unspecified tolerances General tolerances Unspecified tolerances for linear dimensions Rust-proof packaging Frame wooden box Types and dimensions should comply with the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1. Figure 1 Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on December 1, 1995 Implemented on July 1, 1996 Nominal diameter Outer diameter of pipe Maximum value JB/T7850-~95 Maximum allowable Distance between pipe ends Maximum angular displacement Deflection angle 3°14' Pipe offset Note: 1) The maximum weight refers to the allowable value of components such as doors connected to hand clamp quick-change connectors. Maximum weight allowed, marking example Hand-clamp quick-change joint with nominal diameter DN of 25mm: Quick-change joint 25JB/T7850-95 4 Technical requirements Dimensions 4.1 Hand-clamp quick-change joints shall comply with the technical requirements of this standard and be produced according to the work drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Parts processing requirements 4.2.1 The limit deviation of the unnoted tolerance size of the metal cutting processing part of the part shall not be lower than the m (medium) level specified in GB/T1804. 4.2.2 The unnoted shape and position tolerance of the part shall not be lower than the C level specified in GB1184. 4.3 Assembly quality 4.3.1 The assembled parts must have an inspection certificate. 4.3.2 Before assembly, the main dimensions of the parts, especially the dimensions and related precision of the pin holes, shall be re-inspected, and the matching dimensions adjusted by the fitter must be re-inspected by the inspection department. 4.3.3 The mating surfaces of the parts should be re-inspected, and no scratches are allowed on the surface. 4.3.4 After the fixing pin is driven in, it should fit tightly with the pin hole of the lower seat and should not be loose. The upper cover must rotate flexibly and should not be stuck. 4.3.5 The sealing ring should be checked before assembly. Its surface must be smooth, flat, free of defects, and wiped clean. 4.4 Painting requirements 4.4.1 Before painting, the outer surfaces of the upper cover and lower seat, as well as the surfaces of the hinge plate and plate bow should be cleaned with solvents, steam, alkali or emulsion to remove grease, dust, dirt, salt and other dirt. 4.4.2After cleaning the surface of the parts, wipe it with clean cotton yarn and dry it. Then apply 712A quick-drying red lead paint twice, each time with a film thickness of 30um, apply an alkyd surface once, with a film thickness of 30μm, and finally apply vermilion oil with a film thickness of 30μm. 5 Pressure test Nominal pressure PN=1.6MPa, test pressure p,=3MPa\Note: 1> Because the actual use pressure can reach 2MPa, the test pressure is this value. The test liquid is consistent with the working liquid. The pressure is maintained for 10min, and there should be no leakage at any place. 2 6 Inspection rules JB/T7850-95 6.1 The inspection department of the hand clamp quick-change joint manufacturer shall inspect and accept according to the requirements of this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and attach a certificate of conformity. 6.2 Factory inspection Hand clamp quick-change joints must be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of this standard before leaving the factory. The inspection shall be carried out by batch, and the number of inspections shall be 2% of each batch of products, but shall not be less than 2 pieces. If there are unqualified items in the inspection, the item shall be doubled for retest. If there are still unqualified items, the whole batch of products shall be inspected. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storagebzxz.net 7.1 After each hand clamp quick-change joint is assembled, a sign shall be set at a conspicuous place on the upper connection. Signage should be marked on: Product name: Main technical parameters (nominal diameter DN, nominal pressure PN, pipe outer diameter D.); c. Manufacturer name;: Factory date, number. 7.2 The anti-rust packaging of hand clamp quick-change joints shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4879. 7.3 After rust-proof packaging, the hand clamp quick-change joints should be firmly packed into the frame wooden box specified in GB7284. 7.4 The following documents should be put into the packing box of the hand clamp quick-change joints: a Product certificate: Instruction manual; Packing list, List of random spare parts. Magnetic contact and selective beating are strictly prohibited during transportation, and rain and snow should be avoided. 7.5 The hand clamp quick-change joints should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. 7.6 All parts of the hand clamp quick-change joints shall not be rusted within one year of storage from the date of shipment. 3 JB/T7850—95 Appendix A Sealing part and groove size (Supplement) A1The sealing part and groove size of the hand clamp quick-change joint shall comply with the provisions of Figure A1 and Table A1. A A Length A2When the hand clamp quick-change joint is connected to the steel pipes on both sides, if the steel pipes are too long to be processed, corresponding pipes shall be welded on the connecting ends of the steel pipes. The sealing part and groove size of the pipes shall comply with the provisions of Figure A2 and Table A1. Length of dimension A Nominal diameter JB/T78509S Pipe length and weight per piece A3When one end of the connected part is threaded, the designer can design the corresponding threaded pipe according to the sealing part and groove size of this standard. A4 When the main pipe is made of rubber hose or gold-chip hose, the designer can design the corresponding pipe according to the sealing position and groove size of this standard and the corresponding hose standard.
