3.1 Type

4.1.1 Dryers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The purchased parts should meet the current relevant standards and have product certificates. 6CHC-250

4.1.3 The dryer should meet the safety requirements. The transmission parts that affect safety should have protective devices; parts that are easy to loose should have reliable anti-loosening measures.
The materials of the parts that are in direct contact with the tea leaves shall not affect the quality of the tea leaves; the transmission box, transmission chain, etc. shall not contaminate the tea leaves. 4.1.4
The non-processed surfaces of castings and forgings shall not have defects such as cracks, pores, sand holes, cold shuts, etc. that affect the strength and appearance quality. The accuracy level of casting tolerances and processing allowances shall not be lower than Grade 9 specified in JB2854. The welds of welded parts should be firm and uniform, and there shall be no defects such as false welding, leaking welding, desoldering, and burns: the bite joints of sheet metal parts should be flat and firm. The machined surface of the parts shall be free of burrs, rust and other mechanical damage. The dimensional tolerances of the holes and shafts that match the rolling bearings shall comply with the IT7 and IT6 precision specified in GB1800; the dimensional tolerances of the holes and shafts that match the sliding bearings shall comply with the IT8 precision specified in GB1800. 4.1.10
The tolerances not indicated in the drawings shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
The dimensional tolerances of the machined parts not indicated with tolerances shall comply with the IT14 level specified in GB1804; the shape and position tolerances of the machined parts not indicated with tolerances shall comply with the C level specified in GB1184; the dimensional tolerances of the sheet metal parts not indicated with tolerances shall comply with the IT16 level specified in GB1804. 4.2 Machine performance
4.2.1 When using third-grade fresh leaves as raw materials, the moisture content of the leaves before drying is 58% to 62%, and the moisture content of the dry raw tea is not more than 6%, the main performance indicators of the dryer shall comply with the requirements of Table 2.

5 Inspection rules

5.1 Each dryer should be idle for 0.5h before leaving the factory and meet the following requirements: a.
Start normally, run smoothly, and have no abnormal noise; b. Fasteners must not be loose.
5.2 Each dryer must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the "Product Certificate" must be issued before it can leave the factory. 5.3 When the ordering unit conducts random inspections of product quality according to this standard, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The random inspection batch and qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
5.4 If the user complies with the usage and storage conditions specified in the "Product Instructions", within 12 months from the date of delivery, if the product is damaged or cannot be used normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair, replace or return the product to the user free of charge. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each dryer shall be fixed with a nameplate in a conspicuous position. The nameplate specifications shall comply with the provisions of JB8 and its contents shall be: a.

Product packaging shall be firm and reliable, and shall be rainproof and dustproof to ensure that the product is intact. 6-2
6.3 The words on the outer wall of the packing box should be clear and distinct, and the contents are as follows; a.
