This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, operating instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of single-shaft vibrating screen for mining.
This standard applies to single-shaft vibrating screen for mining (hereinafter referred to as vibrating screen). This machine is mainly used for grading ore and coal. 2 Referenced standards

Test methods for vibrating screens
3.1 Vibrating screens can be installed in two ways: seat-type and hanging-type. The model representation method is as follows:

4 Technical requirements
JB/T1806-1999
4.1 The vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of this standard and JB/T5496, and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 General technical requirements
4.2.1 Grey iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9439. 4.2.2 Carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T11352. 4.2.3 All outsourced and purchased parts should have a certificate of conformity and can only be assembled after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department. 4.3 Technical requirements for main parts
4.3.1 The side plates of the screen frame should be corrected after welding, and the flatness error should not be greater than 2mm per square meter. 4.32 The coaxiality of the holes for installing the bearing seats at both ends of the screen frame casing should not be lower than the requirements of grade 8 accuracy in Table B4 of GB/T1184-1996, and the verticality of the end face and the hole should not be lower than the requirements of grade 5 accuracy in Table B3 of GB/T1184-1996. 4.33 The coaxiality of the two shaft diameters of the eccentric shaft and the rolling bearing should not be lower than the requirements of grade 7 accuracy in Table B4 of GB/T1184-1996, and the symmetry of the keyways at both ends should not be lower than the requirements of grade 7 accuracy in Table B4 of GB/T1184-1996. 4.3.4 The spring shall comply with the requirements of Grade 2 accuracy in GB/T1239.4 4.3.5 After the screen frame is formed, the diagonal dimension error in the length direction shall not exceed 1mm per meter. 4.4 Technical requirements for assembly
4.4.1 Product parts can be assembled only after they are inspected and qualified according to the requirements of the drawings. 4.4.2 After the vibrator is assembled, there should be no jamming when turning the pulleys at both ends by hand, and the rotation should be flexible. 4.4.3 The woven screen should be evenly tensioned laterally and pressed tightly against the buffer rubber strip. 4.5 Appearance quality requirements
The painted surface should be uniform, without defects such as cracks, peeling, bubbles and flow marks. 4.6 Scope of supply of complete sets:
a) Vibrating screen body:
b) Motor and motor frame;
c) V-belt;
d) Spring base and spring (hanging screen is the hanging part). 5 Test method
The test method shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T4042. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of the vibrating screen is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each vibrating screen shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When it leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2.2 The factory inspection shall be carried out at the manufacturer and tested after idling for 4 hours, and shall meet the following requirements: a) Smooth operation without abnormal noise;
b) The amplitude shall comply with the provisions of Table 1;

C The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75℃; d) All lubrication points and oil seals shall not leak oil;
e) After idling, all bolts shall be rechecked and tightened. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 The vibrating screen shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) when a new product or old product is transferred to the factory for production appraisal; b) when the product structure, material and process are greatly changed after normal production; c) when the product is resumed after long-term suspension; d) when the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; e) when the national quality inspection agency puts forward the type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 The type inspection items shall include all the requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting one product from the qualified products of factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 7 Marking, label and instruction manual
7.1 Each vibrating screen shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents:
a) Manufacturer name:
b) Product name and model:
c) Main technical parameters:
d) Production date, factory number.
7.2 A product instruction manual shall be prepared for the vibrating screen, and the instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB9969.1. 7.3 The packaging mark of the vibrating screen shall include the transport packaging receipt and delivery mark and the packaging storage and transportation graphic mark. The mark shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 The packaging of the vibrating screen shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13384. Except for electrical equipment and V-belts, which are sealed, the rest can be wrapped or naked. The packaging boxes and packages should meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 8.2 The exposed metal processing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with polyvinyl chloride plastic film. 8.3 The packaging box should be ventilated and rainproof, and the outer wall should have obvious text markings and should comply with the provisions of 7.3. The contents include: a) The name of the receiving station and the receiving unit
b) The name of the shipping station and the shipping unit:
c) Contract number, product name and model:
d) Gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions: e) Center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation diagram. 8.4 When naked, a label should be hung in a conspicuous position. The label should comply with the provisions of 7.3, and the center of gravity position should be marked on the product. 8.5 The vibrating screen should be accompanied by the following technical documents: a) Packing list:

d) Product installation diagram and other relevant technical information. The vibrating screen should be placed flat and stable when stored, and a certain distance from the ground should be maintained. It should not be piled up. Outdoor storage should be protected from rain, sun and water accumulation.8.6
8.7 The vibrating screen should be maintained once a year after being stored. 5
