Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 7063-1993 Rated voltage and current of power semiconductor devices1993-10-18Promulgated Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on 1994-01-01 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Rated voltage and current of power semiconductor devicesMain contents and scope of application JB/T 70631993 This standard gives the principles and selected values for determining the rated voltage and rated current of power semiconductor devices. This standard is applicable to the compilation of rated voltage and rated current in various levels of standards for power semiconductor devices such as rectifiers, thyristors, transistors, semiconductor modules and components. 2 Reference standards Rated voltage Rated current of electrical equipment GB2900.32 Electrical terminology Power semiconductor devices 3 The meaning of rated voltage and rated current Rated voltage refers to the following voltages: The reverse repetitive peak voltage of rectifiers and high-voltage rectifier stacks; the off-state repetitive peak voltage and reverse repetitive peak voltage of thyristors; the collector-emitter voltage of transistors; the DC output voltage of bridge semiconductor modules and components. Rated current refers to the following currents: average forward current of rectifiers and high-voltage rectifier stacks, average on-state current of ordinary thyristors and fast thyristors; RMS on-state current of bidirectional thyristors; turn-off peak current and on-state average current of gate-turn-off thyristors, reverse average current and on-state average current of reverse-conducting thyristors; collector current of switching transistors; DC output current of bridge semiconductor modules and components; nominal current of other power semiconductor bodies with the main parameter name or model number. The definitions of the above voltages and currents shall comply with GB2900.32 or relevant power semiconductor device product standards. 4 Rated voltage Rated voltage values below 200V are shown in Table 1 D3, 6, 9 and 12 are limited to use in test method standards. Note, ② The values in brackets in this table and the following tables are limited to use of old products. 4.2 Rated voltages equal to or higher than 200V are shown in Table 2. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on October 18, 1993www.bzxz.net Implemented on January 1, 1994 (5500) JB/T7063-1993 (6000) The rated voltages of high-voltage rectifiers and high-voltage components are shown in Table 34.3 (2400) (2600) (7000) (3000) (3500) (12000) When selecting rated voltages other than those in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3, the rated voltages below 200V should be selected from the R10 series in Appendix A (the R series appearing below in 4.4 are all selected from the Appendix), and the three values 1, 2 and 5 should be selected first; the rated voltages from 200V to 1000V should be selected from the R10 series first, and then from the R20 series of integer values. The values selected from each R series are multiplied by 10 to obtain the specific rated voltage value, where n is a positive or negative integer. When the rated voltages given in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 cannot meet the needs, the rated voltages given in GB156 can also be selected. 5 Rated current The rated current of the high-voltage rectifier stack is shown in Table 4. For rated currents equal to and greater than 5A, see Table 5.5 (12000) (3000) Note: 70A is limited to the use of old rotary rectifier products. (0. 8) (24000) (1200) (6000) (30000) (1500) 5.3 When selecting rated currents other than those in Tables 4 and 5, for rated currents less than 1A, the product of 1, 2 or 5 and 10″ (n is a negative integer) should be selected first; for rated currents greater than 1A and less than 5 .... For rated currents equal to or greater than 5A, the R5 numerical value series should be selected first, and the R10 numerical value series can be selected secondly. When the rated currents given in Tables 4 and 5 cannot meet the needs, the rated currents given in GB762 can also be selected. 2 R5 basic series R'5 numerical value series R10 basic series R'10 first numerical value series Value series R'10 second rounding Value series R20 basic series R'20 first rounding Value series R\20 second rounding Value series JB/T70631993 Appendix A Preferred number system required for this standard Note: The values in brackets, especially 1.5, should be avoided as much as possible.
