Record number: 7263-2000 HG/T3664-2000 This standard is formulated by adopting the relevant provisions of the international standard ISO2023:1994 "Industrial rubber boots with lining", the Japanese industrial standard JISS5005-1992 "Long boots", and the Russian standard "OCT5375-79 "Technical conditions for rubber molded boots". This standard directly adopts the pressure standard value of the rubber surface rubber boots (shoes) water seepage resistance test specified in the above three standards. At the same time, according to actual needs, this standard also stipulates the constant time required after reaching the pressure standard value during the test, which is not specified in the above three standards. This fills a gap in the water seepage resistance test for my country's rubber shoes industry. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Rubber Shoes Sub-Technical Committee of the National Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Zhunyin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China. The main drafter of this standard: Fei Yue. Standard exchange network wm.buoo.com7 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method of the resistance of allrubber boots (shoes) to water penetrationThis standard specifies the test method of the resistance of allrubber boots (shoes) to water penetration. This standard is applicable to the water penetration resistance test of allrubber boots (shoes) for various purposes. 2 Principle 2.1 Inflation method HG/T3664—2000 Seal the shoe opening of the test rubber boots, fill the sealed shoe cavity with compressed air of a certain pressure, and then put it into a water tank. After a certain period of time, observe whether there are bubbles on the surface of the shoe. If there are no bubbles, it passes the water penetration resistance test. 2.2 Immersion method Immerse the rubber-surfaced rubber shoes for testing in water so that the water surface is within 75mm of the shoe opening. After a certain period of immersion, take them out and check whether there is water seeping into the shoes. If there is no water seeping into the shoes, the water seepage resistance test is passed. 3 Samples 3.1 Samples are extracted from batches of finished boots (shoes). 3.2 Each group of samples shall be no less than three pairs. 4 Test methods and steps 4.1 For rubber-surfaced rubber boots that can be tested by the inflation method, test them according to step 4.2. For rubber-surfaced rubber boots that cannot be tested by the inflation method, test them according to step 4.3. 4.2 Test steps for inflation method of rubber-surfaced rubber boots 4.2.1 Seal the shoe opening of the sample with a clamp. 4.2.2 Fill the sealed shoe cavity with compressed air. 4.2.3 When the air pressure in the shoe cavity reaches (10±1.5) kPa, place the sample boots in a water tank, keep the water surface within 75 mm of the shoe opening, and keep the pressure stable for more than (10±2) seconds. Observe whether there are bubbles on the shoe surface. 4.3 Rubber-surface rubber shoes immersion test steps Immerse the sample in water, keep the water surface within 75 mm of the shoe opening, take it out after 16 hours and check whether there is water infiltration into the shoe. 5 Test results and their expression 5.1 Observe whether there are bubbles on the shoe surface when testing by the inflation method. 5.2 Observe whether there is water infiltration into the shoe when testing by the diffusion method. 5.3 After each group of samples is tested, the test results are expressed as pieces.
