4 Classification and specification model
4.1 Classification

5 requirements

5.12 High temperature resistance

5.14 Mechanical impact resistance

5.15 Closed water mist nozzles

The number of samples is 5 or more. Put the carbon water head and the test furnace with a temperature of <80-20>, heat for 151min, then take out the water head, put it in a water tank with a temperature of <15-11, and check it after cooling down. The result meets the requirements of 5.12.
6.13 Vibration test
The three heads are installed vertically on the small test table, and the axis of the system is connected with a force amplitude of 3h. After the test, check the water mist wall head assembly, and the result should meet the requirements. 6.14 Mechanical shock test
Place 5 water spray nozzles in the same direction and perpendicular to the axis (for water curtain nozzles, the two directions are parallel to each other) on a mechanical shock test platform, and keep the impact acceleration at 1.00. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 5.1. 6.15 Test of water mist nozzles
For group water mist nozzles, in addition to the tests in 5.1.6.2.6.3.6.4, 5.35.6.7, 6.11.6.13.6.13, 6.14 of this part, the tests shall also be carried out in accordance with GR 5135, 12003 7.2, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.3, 7.1, 7.17, 7. 13,73.7. 19,3. 20,7. 212, 22.7.23, 7.28 and 7.30 shall be inspected and the requirements of the corresponding clauses shall be met. 7.1 Inspection classification
7.1.1 Factory inspection
For quality assurance, the factory inspection shall be selected according to the requirements in Table 2

7.1.2 Type inspection
If any of the following conditions occurs, a type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions in Table 2:) When a new product is put into production:
When the product is put into formal production and any item in the product's structure, materials, or components has been changed, which may affect the product performance
When the product is resumed after being in stock for more than one year; When the product is transferred to another place for production or developed in another place:
When the national quality supervision agency or some departments put forward the requirement of type inspection.
