This standard defines the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, testing methods and operation, inspection rules, marking, packaging, operation specifications and storage of hydraulic power head type drilling rigs.
This standard applies to hydraulic square head type drilling machines (hereinafter referred to as simple stable drilling machines). The table drilling machines are used to produce small and medium diameter and light and large holes, suitable for rock formations with impact and uniaxial extreme tensile strength of not less than 20MPa, and the (hole) diameter is 1mm, the (hole) is vertically offset and the compensation angle is within 20” (hole: 2 standards). 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 The drilling rig shall comply with the provisions of the standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 The standard parts, non-standard parts, materials and accessories that can be used to manufacture the drilling rig shall comply with the requirements of the current relevant national standards and industry standards.
All technical requirements for casting, forging, processing, inspection and assembly that are not specified in this standard shall comply with the requirements of the relevant national standards and industry standards.

4.3.1 The drilling rig should meet the following requirements

4.4.1 Drill rig and slide

5 Test method
5.1 Test preparation| |tt||5.1.1 The test drilling rig shall be equipped with technical documents such as the instruction manual and the test outline. 5.1.2 Before the test, the temporary machine shall be fully adjusted and put in working condition. 5.1.3 The test shall be carried out under the working environment specified in the standard. 5.2 Air-conditioning operation test

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

5 Test method
5.1 Test preparation
