4.1.4 The materials of the parts shall have a quality certificate, otherwise the manufacturer shall inspect the materials and only qualified ones can be used. Purchased parts and outsourced parts shall have a quality certificate before assembly. 4.1.5 The electrical system, hydraulic system, cutting parts and welded parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.2 Working conditions
The selection and production of the filter cloth material shall comply with the requirements of the drawings and be finalized. 4.3 Assembly quality
4.3.1 The assembly shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.3.2 The parallelism error of the two horizontal (main) beams supporting the filter plate should not be greater than 0.5%, and the full length parallelism error should not be greater than 0.4%o, and the relative elevation error should not be greater than 2mm.
4.3.3 There should be no leakage in the oil pipeline of the top tightening oil supply system. 4.3.4 The pressure maintenance of the top tightening oil cylinder should be good.
4.3.5 The cleanliness of the hydraulic system should be less than 42mg/L. When the product is working, the oil cylinder shall not leak. 4.4 Appearance quality
4.4.1 The exposed machined surfaces of the main parts should be free of bumps, bruises and rust. 4.4.2 The quality of painting should comply with the provisions of QB/T1588.4, and the export products should comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ50012. 4.5 After manufacturing and pre-assembly, the product must be tested for no-load operation and must meet the following requirements: a) The operation is smooth, coordinated and reliable, without friction, noise, etc.; b) Each adjustment mechanism, control device and actuator is flexible and reliable, without jamming and spontaneous movement. Only then can the load test be carried out (allowed to be carried out at the user's site). 4.6 During the cyclic operation of the product, the noise sound pressure level shall not be higher than 85dB (A). 4.7 Product reliability
4.7.1 Under normal production conditions, the cumulative working time of the product from the start of work to the occurrence of a fault that cannot be eliminated without stopping the machine (excluding the time for replacing wearing parts) is stipulated as the trouble-free working time. The trouble-free working time of three products is assessed, and the arithmetic average is taken as the average trouble-free working time. The average trouble-free working time of this product shall not be less than 2400h. 4.7.2 The service life of the product shall not be less than 10 years. 4.7.3 Under the condition that the user complies with the rules for transportation, installation and use of the product, if the product fails to work properly due to manufacturing quality problems within 12 months from the date of delivery (including a usage period of no more than 4 months), the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing parts (excluding wearing parts). 5 Test methods
