GB/T2495—1996 This standard is written in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1.1—1993α Standardization Work Guide Unit 1: Rules for Drafting and Presentation of Standards Part 1: Basic Regulations for Standard Writing" and GB1.7—88 Standardization Work Guide Product Packaging Standard Writing Regulations. When revising GB2495—84, this standard changes the content of product marking in GB249S—84 to the content of transportation delivery and receipt marking and packaging storage and transportation graphic marking; adds packaging technical requirements, packaging transportation and storage requirements, test methods and inspection rules. This standard will replace GB2495—84 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard applies to domestic packaging of ordinary abrasives. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. The dimensions of the rigid rectangular transport packaging shall meet the requirements of GB4892. For the internal dimensions of the packaging box, see Appendix A (the appendix of the reminder). 3.2 Material requirements 3.2.1 Ordinary wooden boxes for outer packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB12464: frame wooden boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB7284. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on July 5, 1996, and implemented on February 1, 1997 GB/T 2495-1996 3.2.2 Corrugated paper boxes for outer packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB6543, and corrugated paperboard shall comply with the provisions of GB6544. 3.2.3 Other materials for outer packaging shall comply with Chapter 4 of GB9174-92 or relevant standards. 3.2. 4 Commonly used inner packaging materials are: - Kraft paper requires more than 60g/m2! Yellow board paper shall comply with the provisions of 630~860g/m*- in GB325; - Plastic film with a thickness of not less than 0.08 mm. 3.2.5 The cushioning material should not be easy to be eaten by insects, mold or fatigued. Common cushioning materials include corrugated cardboard, corrugated paper, foam plastic padding, etc. 3.2.6 The design method of cushioning packaging can adopt the method specified in GB8166. 3.3 Packaging requirements 3.3.1 The packaging container should be dry and tidy. 3.3.2 The package should be accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate. 3.3.3 The product should be consistent with the mark and should not be loose or collided in the packaging container. 3.3. 4 The gross weight of wooden box packaging is generally not more than 50 kg. The gross weight of paper box packaging is generally not more than 35 kg. 3. 3. 5 -General packaging is shown in Table 1. GB/T 2495—1996 3.4.1 Ordinary wooden boxes shall be sealed in accordance with the provisions of 5.3 of GB12464—90. 3.4.2 Carton packages shall be tied with plastic strapping tape. The packaging form shall be determined according to the circulation of goods, but the minimum number shall not be less than 2. The quality of strapping tape shall comply with the requirements of GB12023: the strapping tape shall not be loose under normal storage and transportation conditions. 3.4.3 For the packaging of other materials, the requirements of Chapter 4 of GB9174—92 or relevant standards shall be followed. 4 Marking 4.1 The shipping and receiving marks shall comply with the requirements of GB6388. Contents of the shipping and receiving marks: a) Product name or code, production license number, implementation standard number: b) Product specifications, c) Registered trademark; d) Product quantity: e) Box size (length × width × height) f) Manufacturer name and address; g) Weight (net weight or gross weight), h) Destination and receiving unit, i) Departure station and shipping unit. 4.2 The packaging storage and transportation graphic mark shall comply with the provisions of GB191. The names of the signs are: Handle with care, Afraid of moisture, Lift from here, Stacking layer limit. 5 Transport and storage of shrinking packages 5.1 During the shipping process, the package should adopt reasonable loading and unloading methods according to the storage and transportation graphic marks on the package to prevent the occurrence of cargo damage accidents. 5.2 When transporting by car, the rear part should be properly fixed, and a tarpaulin or rope net should be added to prevent the goods from sliding off. 5.3 Packages should be stored in a ventilated and dry indoor warehouse. 5.4 When the packages are stored in the cargo yard or dock, they must be covered with a tarpaulin. 6 Package test 6.1 Static load stacking test 6. 1.1 The test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4857.3. 6.1.2 The load applied to the package (including the loading plate) is calculated as follows: F-KH-h Wherein, F Load, kg: H——Stacking height, mm (generally not more than 2 500 mm according to storage and transportation conditions), hHeight of the package, mml Mass of the test package, kg K——Deterioration coefficient of the package during circulation (see Table 2). GB/T2495-1996 6.2.2 The drop height shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4857.18. 6.2.3 The tested package shall be dropped 7 times in succession, and the drop position shall be a corner and the 3 faces and 3 edges that make up this corner. Inspection rules 7.1 Finalization test 7.1.1 Packages with the following conditions shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 6 of this standard: a) When a new design: b) When there are major changes in packaging materials, design, and process. The number of test pieces shall not be less than 3. 7.1.2 After the tests specified in Chapter 6, the packaging box shall be qualified if there is no obvious damage to the packaging box and the product inside is not damaged. Packages that fail to meet any of the above requirements shall be unqualified. 7.2 Inspection of packaging materials Ordinary boxes shall be inspected according to 7.2.7.3 of GB12464-90; wooden boxes of trouser racks shall be inspected according to 8.2 of GB7284--87; corrugated boxes shall be inspected according to Chapter 7 of GB6543--86; corrugated paperboard shall be inspected according to Chapter 4 of GB 654486. The above materials shall be inspected according to the standard according to the quantity of each purchase. 7.3 Inspection of packaging For the packaging items put into storage, sampling inspection shall be carried out according to GB2828. The size of the batch shall be determined according to the specific specifications of each package. The general batch size is recommended to be 100 pieces, and the minimum shall not be less than 50 pieces.
