Length allowable deviation
The surface of the foil should be smooth, and inconspicuous waves are allowed, but when rolled on a reel with a diameter of 50-60mm, the waves should be eliminated.
The edges of the plates and sheets should be cut neatly and without cracks. 1.a Marking example
The plate made of Nbl, M state, first-grade precision, 0.5mm thickness, 200mm width, and 45lmm length is marked as:
Plate NblM-grade precision 0.5×200x450mmGB3630-83. 2 Technical requirementsWww.bzxZ.net
2.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of various grades should comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

Note: The gauge length of the plate sample with a thickness of not less than 0.5mm is L4=5.65. After. For the plate with a thickness of less than 0.5mm, the gauge length of the strip sample is Lg=50mm, and the sample width b. -12.5mm,
2.3 Surface quality
2.3,1 The surface of the product should be bright. No defects such as cracks, peeling, folding, obvious oxidation, metal and non-metallic indentation are allowed. 2.3.2 The surface of the product is allowed to have slight scratches and roller marks, and there are no traces of grinding after rolling. 2.3.3 For plates with a thickness greater than 40mm, the manufacturer is allowed to remove small surface defects, and the thickness after removal shall not be less than the minimum allowable size.
2.3. For square products, a small amount of missing corners that does not affect the rounding is allowed in the four right angles. 2.4 The product should not have stratification and inclusions.
3 Test methods
3.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis method
The chemical composition arbitration analysis method of pure saws shall be carried out in accordance with YB942 (1~15)-78 "Button saw analysis method". 3.2 Room temperature mechanical properties test method
The room temperature mechanical properties test method of large materials, materials with a thickness of not less than 0.5mm shall be carried out in accordance with GB228~76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". For materials with a thickness of less than 0.5 mm, the test shall be conducted in accordance with GB3076-82 "Metallic Sheet (Strip) Tensile Test Method". 3.3 Dimension Measurement Method
Measure the thickness of plates and strips with a first-class micrometer at a distance of not less than 10 mm from the edge. The thickness of foils shall be measured with a lever dry micrometer or an electronic micrometer. Measure the width and length with a steel ruler or a tape measure. Inspection Rules
4.1 Inspection and Acceptance
4.1.1 Sawn timber shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product and the two parties shall resolve the issue through negotiation. 4.2 Batches
Sawn timber shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch consists of sawn timber of the same grade, melting furnace number or sintering furnace number, manufacturing method, specification and state. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of steel shall be inspected for size and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and number of samples
4.4.1 Chemical composition shall be reported as the chemical composition of the original ingot or sintered steel. 4.4.2 Sampling of mechanical properties at room temperature, two longitudinal specimens shall be randomly selected from each batch of products for room temperature tensile test. 4.5 Repeated test
If one specimen fails the room temperature tensile test, double the specimens shall be taken for re-test. If one specimen still fails the re-test, the whole batch shall be scrapped or two specimens shall be taken one by one for the test of the unqualified items. The qualified ones shall be accepted as a separate batch. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
GB3630-88
5.1 In addition to the inspection mark, each package box should be labeled or marked with: supplier name,
product brand, specification and status,
product batch number and furnace number.
5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.2.1 Each sheet should be separated by soft paper and then packed in boxes. 5.2.2 The strip should be wrapped with moisture-proof paper and placed in a dry box. The rolls should be tightly packed with filling materials to prevent movement. 5.2.3 The foil should be wound on a hard plastic cylinder and firmly wrapped with plastic cloth and plastic bags, and then packed in boxes. 4 The box should be lined with moisture-proof paper, and the words or signs such as "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" should be marked on the outside of the box. 5.2.4
5.2.5 During transportation and storage, the products must be protected from damage, moisture, and corrosion by active chemical agents. 5.3 Quality Certificate
Each batch of sawn timber shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall indicate: supplier name +
product name,
product brand, specification and status;
product batch number, batch weight, furnace number and number of pieces; various analysis and test results and inspection department stamp: this standard number;
packaging date.
