The surface of the wheel body should be 5--50HkC. 3. Elevator 3.6.1 The elevator should be operated without slipping, deflection, or over-rotation. 3.6 The tensioner of the elevator should be more flexible: the adjustment stroke should meet the design requirements: 3.6.3 The productivity of the elevator should reach the design requirements under normal working conditions. 3.7 The conveyor should be operated with appropriate parts, and the transportation should be continuous. The sand content in the material should not exceed 13%. The qualified projectile gold content in the material should not be greater than 13. There should be no obvious squeezing and leakage in the pill collector. 3.13.10 The door should be flexible and easy to operate, and the pill supply system should not leak pills. 3.13.1 The cleaning room should be well-designed and there should be no bullet leakage. The dust concentration of the air discharge shall comply with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China. Test method 4.1 Air transport test 4.1.1 The cleaned parts shall be tested for air transport, and the air transport test shall not be less than 2 hours. The air transport test shall be carried out for 3.1 to 3.3 hours. 12.7 Required line test. 4.1.2 4.1.3 The trolley shall be tested for no less than four times. 4.1.4 Noise connection/door 6331.2 Required test. 4.2 Load running test 4.2.1 Before the load operation test: an idling operation test should be carried out, 4.2.3 the rated load should be connected for testing, and the test should be carried out according to the regulations of 3.12.8~3.12.14, 4.2.3 the test of the quantity of sugar pills in the group should comply with the provisions of 4.5 of /8355-96. The accuracy shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5365.1. 4.2.5 The cleanliness shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5365.1. 4.3.6 The dust emission shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of the national safety management department. 4.2.7 The roughness of the surface shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.16 of JB 8355-96. 4.2.8 If the manufacturer does not have the test parts, it is allowed to be tested at the user's factory. The products shall be tested for empty running after the parts are installed. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Delivery inspection 5. Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturing quality inspection department before it can be shipped with the product quality certificate. 5.1.2 Factory inspection should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1.4~3.1.7, 3.11.3.12.1--3.12.6, and all items should be qualified on the date of delivery. 5.2 Type inspection 5.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) When new products are identified; b) After formal production, when the structure, materials, and workmanship have a significant impact on the performance of the product; d) When the production is stopped for more than two years and the production is resumed; e) When the inspection results are significantly different from the previous type test; 1) When the national quality base book requires the type inspection. 5.2.2 The type inspection shall be carried out by random sampling of 2% of each batch of products, and shall not be less than one unit. 5.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out when all the items specified in the appendix of this standard are filled in, and all inspection items shall be qualified on the date of delivery. 6 Marking, packaging and storage and transportation The marking of the handling room, packaging and storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of 7.1--7.5 of 164491, 3 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
