3 Product classification
3.1 Varieties
3.1.1 According to the different structures, it can be divided into two types: integral type (the wheel body and the box are connected by fixings), as shown in Figures 1 and 2; detachable type (the wheel body is not connected by fixings, but is directly inserted into the base and connected to the box body), as shown in Figures 3 and 4. 3.1.2 According to the different types, it can be divided into two types: directional type, as shown in Figures 1 and 3; steering type, as shown in Figures 2 and 4. 4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Performance
4.1.1 Flexibility
The wheel rotates flexibly and the wheel frame turns freely. 4.1.2 Durability

4.2.1 The electroplated surface should be bright, and no burning, blistering, peeling, missing plating, obvious scratches, or pinholes are allowed. 4.2.2 Non-metallic parts (wheels) should have a consistent color, and the corrugation lines should be clear and round. 4.3 Electroplating quality requirements
4.3.1 The bonding strength should be tested according to the specified method, and the plating layer should not be lifted or fallen off. 4.3.2 The corrosion resistance shall be evaluated according to GB/T5944, and the corrosion resistance level shall be greater than level 5. 5 Test methods
5.1 Durability

5.2.1 Bonding strength shall be tested according to the heating method in GB/T5933. 5.2.2 Corrosion resistance shall be tested according to GB/T5938, with a spray cycle of 18h. 5.3 Other indicators shall be sensory tested under 750lx. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products shall be inspected batch by batch by the inspection department of the manufacturer. Products that meet the performance requirements of this standard but have a slight defect in one of the appearance requirements shall be regarded as qualified products and shall be allowed to leave the factory with a product certificate. 6.2 Factory inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. 6.3 The number of random inspections shall be 2% of the total number of each batch, but not less than 2 pieces. If the product fails to meet the standard, double sampling shall be conducted for re-inspection. If the product still fails to meet the standard, the batch of products shall be deemed to be unqualified. The unqualified products may be returned for repair and re-inspection before leaving the factory. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The packaging box shall be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, specification model, quantity, and date of manufacture. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging is divided into inner and outer packaging. The inner packaging shall be made of neutral soft paper. The product shall not be loose in the box and shall be accompanied by a product certificate; the outer packaging must be firm.
7.3 Transportation
The product shall be handled with care during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to expose it to the sun, rain, or moisture. 7.4 Storage
It should be placed in a dry and ventilated room. It should not be stored together with oil, acid, alkali or other chemicals. The bottom box should be at least 300mm away from the ground and wall.
