National Standard of the People's Republic of China 1/3 Colour cards of standard depthsfor dyeing with dyestuffs UDC 667.2(086.6) GB4841.4-85 Part A Dyeing depth test 1 This standard depth color card is formulated with reference to the depth of DIN54000 "1/3 auxiliary standard color card" recommended by the international standard ISO105/A-1978 "General Rules for Textiles", and adds four hues of golden yellow, red, turquoise blue and brilliant green. This set of color cards is suitable for reference in dye fastness and dyeing performance test and visual evaluation of dyeing depth of dyed samples. 1 Specifications and types 1.1 This standard depth color card consists of 22 hues of 1/3 depth. 1.2 This standard depth color chart has two forms: the original preservation copy and the issued use copy. 1.2.1 The original preservation copy is 5cm×5cm in size and is archived for copying. 1.2.2 The issued use copy is 3.5cm×5cm in size and is for use. 2 Materials for preparing color chart 2.1 Fabric: This standard depth color chart uses SD2201 full-dead gabardine. 2.2 Dyes: This standard depth color chart uses sixteen commercial dyes [see Appendix A (Supplement) for details]. 3 Quality indicators 3.1 Appearance requirements: The surface of this standard depth color chart must be uniform, without color spots, stains, weaving defects and obvious signs of adhesive seepage, and the fabric thickness should also be uniform. 3.2 The original preservation copy is tested by the spectrophotometer specified in GB3979-83 "Measurement of object color". Illumination, observation conditions Ge0/d, wavelength interval is 10nm, the fabric texture on the lower surface of the color is at an angle of 60° to the x-axis of the measuring hole during the test, and the test results are shown in Appendix B (Supplement), which are the values of standard illumination Hue D63 and 10" field of view. Usage method When using this standard depth color card, the color card with the closest hue to the standard depth color card of the dyed sample is measured in daylight according to the method specified in GB250-84 "Gray Sample Card for Evaluation of Color Change". The depth allowable error is not less than 4 levels. 5 Save This standard depth color chart should be kept away from heat, light, moisture and migration. The original copy should be kept in a special wooden box lined with black paper and kept by the designated unit of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 6 Issue The text part and the color chart part of this standard are issued separately. The text part is published by China Standard Beach Publishing House and distributed by Xinhua Bookstore. The dyeing standard depth color chart part is made into a folding card for easy use and is reproduced and distributed by Shanghai Dye Research Institute.
