This standard applies to the determination of ash in infant formula foods and milk powder. 2 Summary of methods GB/T5413.7—1997 Replaces GB5413—85 The mass of the residue obtained by calcining and ashing the sample below 600℃ is the ash content of the sample, expressed as mass fraction. 3 Instruments Common laboratory instruments and: 3.1 Analytical balance. 3.2 Porcelain crucible: 40~60mL. After washing with clean water, soak it in aqua regia for 1 hour to wash away the acid solution, place it on an electric furnace and burn it for 0.5 hours, take it out, weigh it, and set it aside. 3.3 Electric furnace. 3.4 High temperature furnace: maintain the temperature at about 550℃. 3.5 Dryer: equipped with effective desiccant. 3.6 Crucible clamp. 4 Operation steps 4.1 Weigh about 3-5g of sample (accurate to 0.2mg) in a prepared and weighed crucible, place it on an electric furnace for preliminary burning, and carbonize it until it is smokeless. 4.2. Move it into a high temperature furnace and maintain the temperature at about 550℃, burn it until it becomes white ash (about 2 hours), cool it to 100-200℃, take it out, put it in a dryer and cool it to room temperature (about 30 minutes), and weigh it. 4.3 Repeat 4.2 until the difference in mass before and after does not exceed 2mg. 5 Result expression Ash content in sample (%) = \two × 100 Where: mi- Mass of empty crucible, g -Mass of sample, g: ms-—Mass of crucible with sample after ash treatment, g. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on May 28, 1997 250 · (1) Implemented on September 1, 1998 The result is accurate to 0.01%. 6 Tolerance bZxz.net GB/T5413.7--1997 The difference between two measured values of the same sample shall not exceed 0.05% of the average value of the two measurements. 251 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
