The color of each batch of colored kraft paper shall not be significantly different. 5 The paper surface shall be flat and shall not have folds, wrinkles, defects, spots, cracks, holes and other paper defects. 3.5 3.6 Single-sided kraft paper shall be glossy and shall not have dull streaks. 3.7 The paper cutting edges shall be neat and clean. 3.8 Non-periodic internal paper defects of the roll that are not easy to find during the rewinding process shall be inspected in accordance with Article 5.4 of this standard and shall not exceed 3%. 3.9 Those with any of the following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of them shall be included at the same time. 3.9.1 The quantitative value exceeds the standard error by less than 2%; the longitudinal tear strength is less than the specified value by less than 10%; 3.9.2 The bursting strength is less than the specified value by less than 10%. Test method 4.1 Quantity Measured in accordance with GB/T 451 "Determination of size, skewness, quantity, thickness and tightness of paper and paperboard". 4.2 Burst resistance Measured in accordance with GB/T 454 "Determination of burst resistance of paper". 4.3 Tear resistance Measured in accordance with GB/T455 "Determination of tear resistance of paper and paperboard". 4.4 Sizing Measured in accordance with GB/T1540 "Determination of sizing of paper and paperboard" (surface absorption weight method) for 60s. 4.5 Moisture QB/T 3516-1999 Measured in accordance with GB/T462 "Determination of moisture content of paper and paperboard". 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but it shall not exceed 30t. 5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each batch of paper shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 5.3 The sampling inspection of the delivery test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828 "Batch-by-Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Inspection of Continuous Batches)". The sample unit is piece or tube. The grouping order of the delivery test items and their inspection level and qualified quality level (AQL) shall be as specified in Table 2. Table 2 Defect Type Major Defect Minor Defect Test Item Burst Resistance Tear Strength Gluing Degree Sampling Plan Second Normal Sampling Plan Inspection Level Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) 5.4 When measuring paper defects inside the roll, take five layers from the inside of the roll with more than ten layers, cut into 0.05m2 paper pieces, and then select the paper pieces with paper defects and weigh them, and calculate the percentage of the sample. 5.5 If the user has any objection to the batch quality, he should notify the manufacturer within six months. The supply and demand parties shall jointly take samples for inspection. If the inspection result is unqualified, it will be judged as a batch unqualified and the manufacturer shall be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Follow the provisions of QB/T45 "Paper Packaging and Marking", and make the following supplements. 6.2 Paper roll weight: roll diameter or paper sheet length shall be in accordance with the order contract, and the deviation of paper sheet length shall not exceed +20m. 6.3 The roll bow shall not exceed 15mm, and the serration shall not exceed 5mm. 6.4 There shall be no more than 4 broken ends per roll, and the broken ends shall be connected well and marked clearly. 6.5 If there are special requirements, it can be in accordance with the order contract. 6.6 Paper should be properly stored to prevent it from being affected by rain, snow and ground moisture. 6.7 During transportation, an efficient and clean means of transportation should be used. Paper rolls or paper pieces are not allowed to be dropped from a height. 6.8 Additional instructions: This standard is proposed by the Papermaking Bureau of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Papermaking Industry Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard was drafted by Tianjin Xinhua Paper Mill. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original QB706-1979 "Kraft Paper" will be invalid. This standard refers to the American UU-P-268G1973 "Unbleached Kraft Packaging Paper Standard". 549 Defect type Major defect Minor defect QB/T3515-1999 Test items Ink absorption Shrinkage Water absorption Wet strength Breaking length Tear strength Aging resistance Double pulp group Dust Appearance paper disease Inspection level Acceptable quality level (AQL) 5.5 The purchaser has the right to accept the product according to the requirements of this standard. During the inspection, first check the outer packaging, and then conduct sampling inspection according to the regulations. If the purchaser has any objection to the product quality, he/she may raise it to the manufacturer within one month after the arrival of the goods. The two parties will jointly sample and re-test. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it will be judged as a batch failure and the manufacturer will be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, storage, and transportation 6.1 The finished product must have a factory number, indicating the place of origin, factory name, date, specification, trademark and moisture-proof mark. 6.2. Paper for export is wrapped with moisture-proof paper and packed into export cartons. Paper for domestic sale is wrapped with linseed oil or moisture-proof paper and finally wrapped with jute bags. The above packaging is called one piece. The packaging method agreed upon by both parties can also be adopted. 6.3 Paper should be stored properly to prevent it from being affected by rain, snow and ground moisture. 6.4 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle should be used, and paper should not be dropped from a height. 6.5 If the storage and transportation do not comply with the provisions of the standard, resulting in the deterioration or quality decline of the product and not complying with the provisions of this standard, the relevant parties shall be responsible.
