3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements

Agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery paint film adhesion performance determination method Pressing and cutting method 3.1.1 Transporters should be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures 3.1.2 The parts, components and accessories of transporters should comply with the provisions of relevant standards and can only be assembled after passing the inspection. 3.1.3 The connections of various parts, components and accessories should be firm and reliable, and the threaded connections of important parts should meet the specified tightening torque. 3.1.4 The transporter shall not leak oil, water or air, and muddy water is not allowed to penetrate into the body. 3.1.5 The transporter should be beautiful in appearance and the appearance quality requirements should comply with the provisions of JB/T6712. The painting of the transporter should comply with the provisions of JB/T5673, and the adhesion performance of the paint film should not be lower than Grade II specified in ZBT60006. 3.1.6 Each operating mechanism should be light and flexible, with appropriate tightness. The stroke adjustment of each mechanism should comply with the provisions of the instruction manual. All automatic return operating parts should be able to automatically reset after the operating force is removed. Non-automatic return operating parts should be able to reliably stop at the operating position. The operating force of each main operating mechanism should meet the following specified values: a) Steering wheel ≤200N:
b) Clutch pedal ≤250N:
c) Parking brake handle ≤300N
d) Driving brake pedal ≤600N
3.1.7 The gearbox should not have random gears and automatic gear shifting; the clutch should be able to be completely separated and smoothly engaged. 3.1.8 The engine can run stably within the full speed range, and can stop the engine directly or through the flameout device. 3.1.9 The steering mechanism should ensure the smooth steering of the conveyor, with the minimum turning circle diameter not exceeding 11m, and should meet the requirements of the instruction manual. 3.1.10 The free travel of the steering wheel should not exceed 30°. JB/T8657-1997
3.1.11 When the conveyor is running, the front wheels shall not have obvious head swinging phenomenon. 3.1.12 The display of the relevant instruments installed on the conveyor shall be clear and accurate, and the operation of various switches shall be reliable. 3.1.13 If the user uses and maintains the conveyor in accordance with the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, within 12 months from the date of delivery or the conveyor has worked for 1500 hours, if the conveyor is damaged or cannot be used normally due to the manufacturer's responsibility, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge. 3.2 Safety requirements
3.2.1 On a flat, dry, clean concrete or asphalt road surface, the braking distance of the transporter with full load and no load should not exceed 6.5m when the brake pedal operating force is not more than 600N and the test speed is 20km/h. 3.2.2 During the braking stability test, no part of the transporter shall exceed the 23m wide test track. 3.2.3 When the transporter is unloaded, it should be able to reliably park on the up and down slopes with a slope of 20%. 3.2.4 Parts prone to personal accidents should be equipped with safety operation instructions and safety warning signs in obvious places, and should comply with the provisions of GB10396.
3.2.5 The lighting, signal devices and instruments of the transporter should comply with the requirements of GB7258. 3.2.6 The dynamic environmental noise of the transporter should not exceed 86dB (A), and the noise at the driver's operating position should not exceed 95dB (A). 3.2.7 The windshield of the cab should be safety glass, and a rearview mirror should be installed on each side. 3.2.8 A safety frame higher than the cab should be installed at the front of the truck box. If there is no cab, its height should be 0.81m higher than the plane of the driver's seat cushion. 3.3 Main performance requirements
3.3.1 The rated power of the engine should be 1h power. After the transport vehicle is run-in as required, the rated power should comply with the provisions of the instruction manual, with a tolerance of 5%
3.3.2 The maximum speed of the transport aircraft should comply with the factory-specified value, with a tolerance of 5%. 3.3.3 The ratio of the lowest stable speed of the transport aircraft in the highest gear to the maximum speed specified by the factory should not be greater than 40%. 3.3.4 When the transport aircraft is fully loaded and glides at a speed of 20km/h on a flat, dry, clean concrete or asphalt road, the gliding distance should be no less than 70m.
3.3.5 The maximum tilt angle of the dump truck box should not be less than 45°. When the engine is running at the rated speed, the time for the fully loaded truck box to be lifted to the maximum tilt angle should not exceed 20s
3.3.6 When the truck box is lifted to a tilt angle of 20° and stays for 5 minutes under a 10% overload condition, the ratio of the truck box's self-lowering amount to the lifting height should not exceed 5%. 3.3.7 The average fuel consumption of the transport aircraft under six working conditions and at constant speed should not exceed 3.1L/(t·100km). 3.3.8 The transport aircraft should be able to start smoothly at the following specified ambient temperatures: a) Diesel engine with manual crank start: 5℃:
b) Diesel engine with electric start: 0℃.
Note: It is allowed to use the starting preheating auxiliary device installed on the transport aircraft. 3.3.9 In areas below 1000m above sea level, the free acceleration exhaust smoke density shall not exceed 6.5FSN3.4 Reliability
3.4.1 Reliability test, the test mileage of each unit is 10000km, and the MTBF value is not less than 2000km. 3.4.2 The comprehensive score of reliability test fault-freeness shall not be less than 65 points. 4 Test method
4.1 Control force, engine rated power, maximum speed, gliding distance, minimum stable speed, fuel economy, braking performance, noise free acceleration smoke density, low temperature starting performance, etc., shall be tested according to the relevant provisions of JBT72354.2 Braking stability determination
Draw a 23m test track edge line on the test road surface, and after the test transporter drives along the center line of the test track to a speed higher than the specified initial speed, put the gearbox in neutral, and when it glides to the specified initial speed, suddenly step on the brake to stop the transporter. 4.3 The quality of paint shall be tested according to JB/T5673, and the adhesion performance of paint film shall be checked according to the method of ZBT60006. 2

4.4 The conveyor is parked in the straight-ahead position, and the free travel of the steering wheel is measured with a steering angle meter. 4.5 The reliability test of the conveyor shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7736. 4.6 The three leaks and appearance quality shall be checked by visual inspection and testing tools or in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
Each assembled conveyor shall be subjected to factory testing to check the manufacturing and installation quality and main technical indicators of the conveyor, adjust each working mechanism, and the test items shall comply with the provisions of the product technical conditions. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 When the mass-produced transport aircraft undergoes type testing, three units are randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and all are inspected in accordance with the provisions of 3.3.1-3.3.9. Two units are selected for the reliability test specified in 3.4, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3. 5.2.2 When new products or products with major improvements undergo type testing, the inspection items, test methods and number of test samples are the same as those specified in 5.2.1. The test results shall comply with the requirements of the design task book, but not less than the provisions of Chapter 3, and the product is considered to be finalized. 5.2.3 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on the products received, and the test items are optional in Chapter 3. The sample size, quality and inspection level of the inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB2828. The specific sampling plan and rules may be based on the quality classification standards of the product or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6 Delivery
6.1 Each transport aircraft shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory after the certificate of conformity is issued. 6.2 Before the delivery of the transporter, the following work should be done: a) Carry out an appearance inspection of the transporter to ensure that the exterior of the transporter is in good condition: b) Drain the cooling water and diesel, and cover the exhaust pipe that opens upwards: ) The tire pressure should be checked and adjusted to the specified value: d) The specified lead seals should be sealed:
e) The battery should be dry.
Note: If the user has other requirements for the delivery status of the transporter, it can be negotiated with the manufacturer. 6.3 In addition to the accessories provided according to special orders, each transporter shipped out of the factory must be equipped with a complete set of accessories, accessories and random tools as required. 6.4 For each transporter shipped out of the factory, the manufacturer should provide the following documents: a) Instruction manual:
b) Provide a parts catalog as required by the user: c) Certificate of conformity and warranty certificate;
d) List of spare parts, accessories and random tools; e) Packing list.
7 Marking, transportation and storage
7.1 The transporter should have a signboard, which should be legible, properly installed and firm, and should indicate the following: a) Manufacturer name; b) Transporter model; c) Load capacity; d) Factory number and year and month.
7.2 The transporter should be protected from damage and loss during normal transportation. 7.3 Under dry and ventilated storage conditions, the manufacturer should be able to ensure that the anti-rust validity period of the transporter spare parts, accessories and random tools is not less than 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
