1 Subject content and scope of application
GB/T 13852-92
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, etc. for marine hydraulic control valves (hereinafter referred to as marine hydraulic valves).
This standard applies to marine hydraulic valves using mineral-based hydraulic oil as the working medium. For marine hydraulic valves using water-based medium, this standard should also be used as a reference. It is not applicable to proportional hydraulic valves and servo valves. 2 Reference standards

3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Marine liquid non-valves must comply with the technical requirements specified in Chapter 1 of (i7935). 3-1.2 Marine liquid valves installed on the center plate of the sky or that may come into contact with seawater: their outer surfaces, external exhaust adjustments, ball longitudinal or white lock mechanisms and connectors should have corresponding protection and anti-corrosion measures. 3.1. 3 Marine pressure valves used in flammable atmospheres should have appropriate explosion-proof measures 3.1.4 Marine hydraulic fluids should have good cleanliness. All parts must be free of machining, burrs, chips, casting line residues, etc. The internal cleanliness requirement is: the solid contamination level of the test oil flowing through the valve cavity should be higher than 18/15 when checked by particle counting method. 3.1.5 The pressure, flow and stroke adjustment, self-locking and dynamic mechanism of the marine hydraulic valve should be flexible and easy to operate. The operation of the dynamic reversing valve shall not exceed 70.
3.1.6 The throttle connection thread of the pipe or the marine hydraulic valve shall comply with the metric fine thread effect and end face sealing structure specified in GL2878, and the connecting accessories and seals shall be provided by the manufacturer. 3.1.7 The strength of the installation nails supplied with the plate-type marine hydraulic valve shall not be less than GB3098. 1 The current 12.9 level. 3.1.8 For special hydraulic valves installed in special parts that are subject to external pressure, they should have a tight structure that can withstand external hydraulic pressure and prevent leakage from outside to inside.
3.1.9 The materials used for hydraulic valves should be compatible with the liquid and oil in contact with the parts, and should be suitable for the parts' standard operating temperature range and zero rotation storage conditions.
3.1.10 The materials of the parts of the hydraulic valves should not be hazardous materials with a shock toughness of less than 50N·m/cm and a creep rate of less than %.
3.2 Performance requirements
