CB/T3943-2002
This standard specifies the type A and type B stainless steel stop check valves. Their connection dimensions and sealing surfaces are consistent with those in GB/T569-1965 "Marine flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces". Their structural lengths are consistent with those in GB/1584-1999 "Marine flange cast steel stop valves". The AS and BS stainless steel stop check valves specified in this standard have flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces consistent with those in GB/T2301-1989 "Marine flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces (four-digit)", and their structural lengths are consistent with those in GB/T11698-1989 "Marine flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces". This standard is proposed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, and this standard is under the jurisdiction of China Shipbuilding Industry Comprehensive Technology and Economic Research Institute. This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of flange stainless steel check valves with thread connection dimensions according to GT3/T569, (/T2.501 (hereinafter referred to as the main stop), this standard is used for nominal pressure not higher than 6.4MPa, and the filterability is not lower than -[65℃ Design, manufacture and acceptance of stop-return systems for liquefied gas carriers, bulk chemical carriers and ships. The stop-return systems for corrosive media on other ships may be adopted for reference.

4 Requirements
4.1 Materials

GB/T1220-1992||tt| |4.2.1 The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the stainless steel castings of the stop check valve shall comply with the requirements of GB/T2100-1980 or the "Materials and Welding Specifications".
4.2.2 The stainless steel castings of the stop check valve shall be subjected to solution treatment at a temperature not lower than 1000°C and rapidly cooled in water. 4.2.3 For stop check valves used for liquefied gas at a temperature lower than -55°C, the stainless steel castings shall provide one set of three Charpy V-notch impact tests per furnace in accordance with the requirements of the "Materials and Welding Specifications". 4.2.4 The stop check valve castings made of ZGOCr-18Ni9 material shall be inspected for inter-product corrosion tendency. 4.2.5 For the stop check valve stainless steel castings that require cladding of diamond, chromium, and hook carbide on the sealing surface, the solution treatment shall be carried out after cladding. 4.2.6 Each furnace casting shall have at least three test bars with furnace numbers for inspection. The shelf life shall not be less than three years. 4.2.7 The operating temperature is -100 When the temperature is below ℃, the valve body, valve cover, valve disc and stem shall be cryogenically treated. 4.3 Machining
The stainless steel sealing surface of the stop check valve shall be finely turned or ground. 1., 4. 4 Strength
The strength of the stop check valve body shall be free of leakage under the hydraulic pressure of 1.5 times the nominal pressure. 4.5 Sealing
4.5.1 When the stop check valve is fully closed, the sealing between the valve disc and the valve reservoir shall be free of leakage under the hydraulic pressure of 1.1 times the nominal pressure. 4.5.2 When the stop check valve is fully opened, the sealing between the valve stem and the valve stem shall not exceed 10mm/min under the hydraulic pressure of 1.0 times the nominal pressure.
4.6 Dimensional tolerance
The dimensional tolerance of the stop check valve shall comply with the requirements of 3.2, 3.3 and 3.10 in GB/T600-1991. 4.7 Geometric tolerances

The appearance of stop check valves shall comply with the requirements of 3.4~3.9 of GB/T 600-1991. 5 Test methods
Chemical composition and mechanical properties of castings
CB/T 3943-2002
5.1.1 The test methods for chemical composition and mechanical properties of stop check stainless steel castings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2100-1980. The results shall comply with the requirements of 4.2.1.
5.1.2 The intergranular etching test method of stop check valve stainless steel castings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.8.5 of "Materials and Welding Specifications" (1998), and the results shall comply with the requirements of 4.2.4. 5.2 Cryogenic treatment
The method of cryogenic treatment of parts is: immerse the parts in a liquid ammonia tank, keep them warm for 12 hours when the temperature reaches 196℃, then put them out of the water, and return them to room temperature. Repeat the cycle twice. 5.3 Processing
Inspect the work of the stop check valve by the method of galvanometer. The result should meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.4 Strength
The test method of the body strength of the stop check valve shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.2, 4.1.3 and 4.3.1 of GB/600-1991. The result should meet the requirements of 4.4.
5.5 Sealing
5.5.1 The test method of the sealing between the stop check valve disc and the ceramic seat shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.2 and 4.3.1 of 6B/600-1991. The result should meet the requirements of 4.5.1.
5.5.2 The test method for the sealing between the stem and the bonnet of the stop check valve is as follows: without adding stuffing mud to the stuffing box, fully open the valve so that the valve stem and the bonnet are close to each other, and then the valve cavity is filled with mud, and the mud is added to the nominal bottom force value, and the leakage is collected from the stuffing box. The result meets the requirements of 4.5.2.
5.6 Dimensions and dimensional tolerances
The linear dimension tolerances of the stop check valve are checked with the corresponding grade of measuring tools. The results should meet the requirements of 3.3 and 4.6. 5. Geometric tolerances
The geometric tolerances of the stop check valve are guaranteed with the corresponding grade of tooling. The results shall meet the requirements of 1.7, 5.8 Appearance
The appearance of the cut-off positive return valve shall be inspected by oral measurement, and the results shall meet the requirements of 4.8, 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of the cut-off positive return valve is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.2 Type inspection
B.2.1 Inspection timing
When the following situations occur, the cut-off positive return valve shall be subjected to type inspection: a) New product production appraisal:

The number of samples for type inspection of stop check valves shall be no less than 3. 6.2.4 Judgment rules

All samples of stop check valves meet the requirements for all inspection items and are judged to be qualified for type inspection. If there are items that do not meet the requirements, double sampling is allowed for re-inspection. If there are still items that do not meet the requirements after re-inspection, it is considered to be unqualified for type inspection. 6.3 Delivery inspection
6.3.1 The delivery inspection items of stop check valves shall be in accordance with Table 7. 6.3.2 The delivery inspection shall be carried out product by product. 6.3.3 Judgment rules
The cut-off number for all inspection items that meet the requirements is determined as the delivery inspection. 6.3.3.2 If the chemical composition, mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion test potential of the castings do not meet the requirements, it is judged to be unqualified for factory inspection.
, for the inspection of other items, if there are any stop check valves that do not meet the requirements, they will be reviewed and allowed to be repaired and re-inspected. If the re-inspection still does not meet the requirements of 6.3.3.3

4.5.1 When the stop check valve is fully closed, the sealing between the valve disc and the valve reservoir should be free of leakage under a hydraulic pressure of 1.1 times the nominal pressure. 4.5.2 When the stop check valve is fully opened, the sealing between the valve stem and the valve stem should not exceed 10mm/min under a hydraulic pressure of 1.0 times the nominal pressure.
4.6 Dimensional tolerance
The dimensional tolerance of the stop check valve shall comply with the requirements of 3.2, 3.3, and 3.10 of GB/T600-1991. 4.7 Geometric tolerance
