This standard specifies the specifications, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for automotive water delivery rubber hoses. This standard applies to water delivery hoses for automotive engine cooling systems and heating systems. 3 Product structure, shape and specifications and dimensions
3.1 Structure
Hoses are divided into two categories according to their structure: pure rubber hoses and rubber hoses with added layers. 3.2 Shape

The inner diameter, wall thickness and allowable tolerance of the hose shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.1 Appearance
Should meet the requirements of HG/T2185. If there are special requirements for the appearance quality of the hose, it can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 4.2 The physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compound and the finished hose shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

②Under standard atmospheric pressure (101kPa) and 273K, a concentration of 1pphm is equivalent to a partial pressure of 1.01mPa, and 50mPa is equivalent to 50pphm. Test method
Appearance quality inspection shall be carried out in accordance with HG/T2185. Product specification and size measurement shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T9573. Hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T531.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 The appearance and dimensions of hoses shall be checked one by one according to the provisions of 3.3 and 4.1 of this standard. 6.2 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall conduct batch inspection of hoses. The quantity of each batch shall not exceed 5,000. Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory.
6.3 Select one specification from each batch of hoses as a representative, and select one of them to check the various properties according to the provisions of Table 4, and do it once a month.

6.4 If the tested performance is unqualified, double samples should be taken from the batch of hoses. If one item or one sample is still unqualified after retesting the unqualified items, the batch of products will be unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
