Test method Appearance quality inspection shall be carried out in accordance with HG/T2185. Product specification and size measurement shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T9573. Hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T531. 5.4 Tensile performance test, according to GB/T528. 5.5 Elastic temperature test, according to GB/T1682. 5.6 Ozone resistance test, according to GB/T9571. Hot air aging test, according to GB/T3512. 5.7 5.8 Adhesion strength test between hose layers, according to GB/T5562. Hydraulic test, according to GB/T5563 and GB9574. 5.9 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The appearance and dimensions of hoses shall be checked one by one according to the provisions of 3.3 and 4.1 of this standard. 6.2 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall conduct batch inspection of hoses. The quantity of each batch shall not exceed 5,000. Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory. 6.3 Select one specification from each batch of hoses as a representative, and select one of them to check the various properties according to the provisions of Table 4, and do it once a month. HG/T2491-93 6.4 If the tested performance is unqualified, double samples should be taken from the batch of hoses. If one item or one sample is still unqualified after retesting the unqualified items, the batch of products will be unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage According to GB/T9576 and GB/T9577, if there are special requirements, they shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
