4Technical requirements
JB5315—91
4.1 The jack shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The bearing surface of the pallet shall be non-slip. When the pallet is raised to the maximum lifting height, it shall be reliably limited. 4.3 The oil pressure system of the jack shall be well sealed, and the fixed seal shall not be slippery, and only oil film is allowed to exist at the moving seal. The design of the return oil valve shall ensure safe and reliable operation.
4.4 The jack shall have a safety valve to prevent overloading, and its action load shall be set within the range of greater than 1G to 1.15G (the return oil valve is allowed to serve as a safety valve).
4.5 The jack should be able to lift or lower a test load of 1G in the full range of travel. Its operating mechanism should be flexible and reliable, and should not have defects such as permanent deformation that affect performance and safety. 4.B The vertical drop of the tray in 3 minutes under the test load of 1G should not exceed 0.50mm. 4.7 When the jack is lifting a test load of 1G, the operating force of the handle should not exceed 588N. 4.8 The jack should be able to withstand a dynamic load test of 1.1G and a static load test of 1.25G, and should not have defects such as permanent deformation that affect performance and safety.
4.9 The jack should work continuously for no less than 50 times under a test load of 1G. After the test, the performance of the whole machine should not fail and it can still work normally.
4.10 Jack castings should be free of defects such as pores and cracks that affect the appearance; the weld surface of welded parts should be flat and smooth, without defects such as cracks and pores.
4.11 The painted surface of the hall roof should be sprayed with red paint in accordance with the provisions of JB2299 (or determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties). The paint should be firmly adhered, uniformly bright, and have a consistent color, without obvious spots, flaking, bubbles, etc. The exposed processing surface should be rust-proofed. 4.12 The main parts shall preferably adopt the following materials: 45 steel in GB699 shall be used for oil cylinder, movable rod, pump core and various shafts; a.
Lifting arm, wall plate and connecting rod shall be made of Q235-A steel in GB700; QT400-15 ductile iron in GB1348 shall be used for tray seat and oil cylinder seat; KTH370-12 malleable iron in GB9440 shall be used for tray, hand and pedal; d.
Wheels shall be made of HT150 ordinary grey cast iron in GB9139. 5 Test methods
5.1 No-load test
5.1.1 One person shall pull the jack with the handle and it shall be able to move flexibly on a flat cement ground without any obstruction or abnormal sound; the front wheel can be easily lifted with the rear wheel as the fulcrum.
5.1.2 Close the oil return valve, remove the handle, the pallet should rise smoothly, when it reaches the maximum lifting height, it can be reliably limited, and all bearings or hinged parts should be well lubricated. Open the oil return valve, the pallet should descend smoothly and reset well. There should be no leakage at the fixed seal, and only oil film is allowed to exist at the moving seal.
5.2 Safety width test
The upper plane of the crane arm rises to a horizontal position, loads the center of the pallet and removes the handle, the safety valve should be opened within the range of greater than 1G. to 1.15G.
5.3 Descending test
The pallet rises to H/2, and a test load of 1G is added to its center. After 1 minute, the vertical descent of the pallet in 3 minutes is measured, and the value should not be greater than 0.50mm.
5.4 Sealing test
Open the oil return valve, lower the pallet to the lowest position, and let it stand for 2 hours in an environment with a temperature not lower than 40℃. It should meet the requirements of Article 1.3 (only the cylinder assembly is allowed to be tested).
5.5 Handle operating force test
JB531591
Make the upper plane of the crane arm in a horizontal position and add a test load of 1Ga at the center of the pallet. At 50mm from the end of the handle (or at the handle), measure the maximum operating force within the range of 30\ between the handle and the horizontal angle (the force should be perpendicular to the axis of the handle). The value should not exceed 588N.
5.6 Rated load test
Raise the upper plane of the crane arm to a horizontal position, add a test load of 1G at the center of the pallet, remove the handle to raise the pallet to the highest position, and repeat three times. It should meet the requirements of Articles 1.5 and 4.3. 5.7 Dynamic load test
Eliminate the effect of the safety valve, raise the upper surface of the crane to a horizontal position, add a test load of 1.1G at the center of the pallet, and lift the handle to raise the pallet to the highest position. Repeat three times. The test results should comply with the provisions of Articles 4.8 and 4.3. 5.8 Static load test
Eliminate the effect of the safety valve, raise the upper surface of the crane arm to a horizontal position, and add a test load of 1.25G at the center of the pallet. Press statically for 2 minutes. The test results should comply with the provisions of Articles 1.8 and 1.3. 5.9 Continuous working test
The test load and method are the same as those in Article 5.6, repeat 50 times (each interval is not more than 5 minutes), and the test results should comply with the provisions of Article 4.9.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection includes unit-by-unit inspection and sampling inspection. Products can only be shipped after passing the inspection. The products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate.
6.1.1 The items for unit-by-unit inspection are 5.1, 5.2, and 4.11. 6.1.2 The items for sampling inspection are 5.3, 5.4, and 5.6. The samples for sampling inspection are extracted from the products that have passed the unit-by-unit inspection, and the number is 0.20% (not less than three units) of each product batch (or each month). If one of them fails, double sampling should be carried out; if more than one unit fails for the first time, or there are still unqualified products after double sampling, the batch of products should be inspected unit by unit according to 5.3, 5.4, and 5.6. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a.
Preliminary identification of new products or products transferred to other factories; when there are major changes in the structure, materials or process of the product; when the product is resumed after being discontinued for one year; batch-produced products shall be inspected at least once a year: Type inspection is carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard, and no less than three units shall be inspected each time (only one unit is allowed to be inspected for continuous working test). If one unit fails to meet the requirements, double inspection may be conducted; if more than one unit fails to meet the requirements for the first time, or there are still unqualified units after double inspection, the type inspection shall not be passed.
