Some standard content:

GB/T 9114--2000
This standard is a revised version of GB/T9114.1~9114.3-1988 "Raised Face Threaded Steel Pipe Flanges". Based on the reference to ISO7005-1:1992 "Metal Flanges Part 1: Steel Flanges" and other international and foreign advanced standards, this standard has made the following modifications to the original standard in combination with domestic usage: 1. The composition of the original standard has been appropriately adjusted. From the original one flange type, one sealing surface type and one pressure level to form one standard, it has been changed to one flange type, one sealing surface type and all pressure levels to form one standard, thus compressing the original three standards into one. bZxz.net
2. The content of the original standard has been greatly supplemented and expanded. The original standard only has flange sizes for four pressure levels: PNO.6, PNI.0, PNI.6 and PN2.5MPa. In addition to adding flange dimensions of PN4.0MPa, which belongs to the European system, the revised flange standard also adds flange dimensions of PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0 and PN15.0MPa, which belongs to the American system, expanding the scope of application of the standard.
3 Some dimensions in the original standard, such as bolt specifications, sealing surface dimensions and bolt hole diameters, have been appropriately modified according to 1SO7005-1:1992.
4 The sealing surface "convex surface" in the original standard has been changed to "raised surface". In this standard, the flange dimensions of PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa belong to the European flange system; the flange dimensions of PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0 and PN15.0MPa belong to the American flange system; these flange dimensions are interchangeable with the flange dimensions of the corresponding pressure levels in Europe and America.
In this standard, the flange dimensions of PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0 MPa and PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 MPa are equivalent to the flange dimensions of ISO7005-1:1992. The format of this standard is different from that of ISO7005-1:1992. The reason for adopting the current format is mainly to consider the convenience of use and the inheritance in the implementation of the standard.
From the date of implementation, this standard will replace GB/T9114.1~9114.3-1988. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Pipeline Accessories. This standard is interpreted by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Pipeline Accessories. Drafting units of this standard: Mechanical Science Research Institute, National Chemical Equipment Design Technology Center, Jianjiang Chaoda Valve Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jinding Pipeline Co., Ltd., Wuxi Petrochemical General Parts Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Li Junying, Yu Jun, Yu Fang, Qiu Xiaolai, Min Zhiqing and Li Renxing. This standard was first issued in 1988 and revised for the first time in 2000. 1 Scope

GB/T 9115.1~9115.4—2000
This standard is a revised version of GB/T9115.19115.36—1988 "Butt-welding steel pipe flange". This standard consists of the following 4 parts:
GB/T9115.1-2000 Flat and raised face welding steel pipe flanges GB/T9115.2-2000 Concave and convex face welding steel pipe flanges GB/T9115.3-2000 Grooved face welding steel pipe flanges GB/T9115.4-2000 Ring-joined face-welded steel pipe flanges This standard, based on reference to 1S07005-1:1992 "Metal Flanges Part 1: Steel Flanges" and other international and foreign advanced standards, combined with domestic use, has made the following modifications to the original standard: 1. The composition of the original standard has been greatly adjusted. From the original one flange type, one sealing surface type and one pressure level to form a standard, it has been changed to one flange type, one or two sealing surface types and all pressure levels to form a standard, thus compressing the original 36 standards to 4.
2. The content of the original standard has been greatly supplemented and expanded. In the original standard, the flange sizes of the pressure levels belonging to the European flange system are only six nominal pressure levels of PNO.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa, and are only suitable for the connection of "British pipes", which cannot meet the use requirements. In addition to adding flange sizes for three nominal pressure levels of PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa, the revised flange standard also adds steel pipe sizes suitable for "metric pipe" connections, expanding the scope of application of the standard. 3 The pressure levels in the original standard have been appropriately adjusted. The two pressure levels PN10.0 and PN25.0MPa belonging to the American system were adjusted to PN11.0 and PN26.0MPa respectively according to ISO7005-1:1992. The purpose of the adjustment is to avoid confusion with the flange sizes of the corresponding pressure levels of the European flange system. 4 Some dimensions in the original standard, such as flange thickness, sealing surface dimensions, bolt specifications, bolt hole diameters, etc., have been appropriately modified according to ISO7005-1:1992.
5 The sealing surface "convex surface" in the original standard was changed to "raised surface", and the dimensions of flat and raised surface flanges were unified in one standard push. In this standard, the flange sizes of PN0.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN10.0 and PN16.0 MPa belong to the European flange system; the flange sizes of PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0, PN26.0 and PN42.0 MPa belong to the American flange system; these flange sizes are interchangeable with flange sizes of corresponding pressure levels in Europe and America. The flange sizes of PNO.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4, 0 MPa (Series 1) and PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0, PN26.0.PN42.0 MPa in this standard are equivalent to the flange sizes of ISO7005-1:1992. The writing format of this standard is different from that of ISO7005-1:1992. The reason for adopting the current writing format is mainly to consider the convenience of use and the inheritance in the implementation of the standard.
