This standard is formulated for the first time. This standard specifies the basic parameters, models, markings, dimensions, technical requirements and load-bearing capacity of vertical cone-envelope cylindrical worm reducers. The reducers specified in this standard are mainly suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, food, light industry and other industries. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -15~40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. When the working environment temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting, or a lubricating oil with a low freezing point should be used. The reducer can run in forward and reverse directions. JB/T 7847-1995 Vertical cone-envelope chrome cylindrical worm reducer JB/T7847-1995 Standard download decompression password: www.bzxz.net

JB/T7847 This standard is the first mechanical industry standard for vertical cone envelope cylindrical worm reducers formulated by China. The standard reducer adopts a cone envelope cylindrical worm transmission, so its load-bearing capacity reaches the advanced level of similar foreign products, which helps to eliminate the low performance and chaotic specifications of domestic products. In the process of formulating this standard, the main reference and reference to JB/T5559-91 and the relevant technical requirements and basic parameters of cone envelope cylindrical worm reducers 3 are cited. Appendix A of this standard is the standard's annex. This standard was proposed and managed by the Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery. This standard was drafted by the Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery. The main drafters of this standard are: Yang Jun, Zhao Liang, and Zhang Kai. 610 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Vertical Conical Envelope Cylindrical Worm Reducer 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T 7847...1995 This standard specifies the basic parameters, models, markings, dimensions, technical requirements and load-bearing capacity of vertical conical envelope cylindrical worm reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). The reducers specified in this standard are mainly suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, food, light industry and other industries. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -15 to +40°C, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting, or a lubricating oil with a low freezing point should be used. The reducer can run in both forward and reverse directions. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard.
