The main technical indicators of this standard are determined through comprehensive analysis and comparison of the test results of the products of relevant domestic enterprises, so that the technical indicators of the tensile strength, elongation at break and thermal shrinkage of the aluminum film are determined according to the technical indicators of the national standard and industry standard of the substrate used for the aluminum film:
This standard was proposed by the China Packaging Technology Association. This standard is marked by the Packaging Standardization Technology Committee. This standard is the annual inspection center of the Beijing Pressure Packaging Product Inspection Center. The ten main points of this standard are as follows: 1. Fan Gu
Aluminum-coated film for packaging
BB/T 0030-2004
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, etc. of coated films for packaging (hereinafter referred to as coated films).
This standard is used for aluminum films produced by the hollow-electrode coating method using OPET and DOPP (TPE) films as the base material. 2 Normative references

6 Test method
6.1 Sampling method
Remove 5 layers of the surface of the calcium film, break the horizontal opening of the aluminum film, and take the sample for external specifications and mechanical performance test. Roll it with paper, mark the feed side, 6.2 Sample state 5 and standard test environment In the standard environment of 23±2°C specified in G32919, the sample state is adjusted for not less than 4 hours, and the test is carried out in this environment alone. 6.3 Appearance||t Under the natural light or natural sinking line, the appearance quality of the lead-plated film and the core quality of the film roll are tested in a light box equipped with a 40° fluorescent lamp and a glass surface. The quality of the film along the layer and the number of splash points are tested. The unevenness of the film roll end surface is measured with a tool with a maximum graduation value of 0.5mm. B.4 Width
According to the provisions of CR/T6673
6.5 Thickness
According to the sharpness of CBT 7, the maximum graduation value of the instrument should not be greater than 0.2. The two ends of the sample are measured at an equal distance of 30mm in the width direction. For films with a width of no more than 500mm, 5 points are measured: for films with a width of more than 500mm, 10 points are measured. The maximum and minimum values are used to calculate the minimum value.
