Wait length rate 1.5 The wing parts of the milling shoe must be welded with hard alloy, and the materials used should meet the following requirements: Brinell hardness 306~342 262~302 Brinell fracture degree 1,5.1 Hard alloy is a particle with sharp corners, its hardness is not less than HRA89, and its bending strength is greater than 1470MPa. 1.5.2 The shear strength of hard alloy welding materials is greater than -300MPa1.6 Steel castings should meet the requirements of Class I castings in GB979-67 "Classification and Technical Regulations of Carbon Steel Castings". Approved by the State Machinery Industry Commission 1988-08-01 implementation ZBE92001--87 1.7 Copper alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of the three types of castings in JB2121-77 "Technical Conditions for Copper Alloy Castings" 1, and their dimensional deviations shall be in accordance with grade accuracy. 1.8 The dimensions and tolerances of the threads connecting the salvage basket and the drill pipe shall comply with the provisions of the joint threads in GB4775-84 "Stone Drill Pipe Joints". 1.9 The surface of the joint thread shall be smooth, and the average deviation Ra of its profile shall be 6.3μm. There shall be no dents, cracks, cracks and other defects that damage its continuity and durability. 1.10 The verticality tolerance of the joint thread sealing surface to its thread axis is 0.050mm. 1.11 The arithmetic mean deviation Ra of the profile of the joint thread seal is 3.2μⅡ. There shall be no burrs, cracks, dents and other defects that damage the sealing of the connection. No printing marks shall be made on the thread sealing surface. 1.12 All threads of the upper joint, cylinder and milling shoe shall be treated with anti-sticking. 1.18 The welding of the cylinder shall comply with the provisions of IB/TQ253--81 "General Technical Conditions for Welding". 1.14 The surfacing layer of the milling shoe blade shall meet the following requirements: 1.14.1 The hard alloy particles shall be arranged evenly, and the coverage area shall not be less than 70% of the surfacing surface area. After surfacing, its inner and outer diameters shall meet the specified size. 1.14.2 The surfacing layer shall not have defects such as incomplete penetration and cracks. The coal material, hard alloy and milling shoe must be well combined. After welding, there should be no accumulation and overburning of hard alloy particles. 1.15 The cylinder weld should be subjected to a 15MPa water pressure strength test and no leakage should be found. 1.16 The parts of the salvage basket that bear the mud pressure should not leak under the action of a 10MPa water pressure. 1.17 After the salvage basket is assembled, the salvage claw plate should be able to rotate freely in the shoe, and the long and short salvage claws should rotate flexibly and reset reliably. 2 Test methods and inspection regulations 2.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a qualified certificate before it can be shipped. 2.2 The steel used for the salvage basket must have a qualified certificate from the steel mill. If re-inspection is required, the chemical analysis should be carried out in accordance with GB222-84 "Steel Chemical Analysis Sample Sampling Method and Finished Product Chemical Composition Allowable Deviation" and GB223-81 "Steel and Alloy Chemical Analysis Method", and samples should be taken and analyzed. 2.3 The upper joint, outer shell, and milling shoe must be tested for mechanical properties using samples. 2.3.1 The tensile test shall be conducted in accordance with GB228--76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 2.3.2 The specimen shall be made of the same batch of materials as the parts, with the same cross-sectional dimensions as the maximum cross-sectional dimensions of the parts, and shall be made of the same heat treatment specifications as the samples processed in the furnace. 2.3.3 The specimen shall be taken out longitudinally from 25mm (referring to the center of the specimen) from the outer surface of the specimen or the center of the thickness of the specimen, and at least 0.5 times the diameter of the specimen from the end face. 2.3.4 The number of specimens shall be 5% of the number of parts in each batch, with a minimum of one piece. If it fails, the same specimen may be used twice for retesting. If it fails again, the batch of parts shall be considered unqualified. 2.4 The upper joint, outer cylinder and milling shoe shall be hardness tested piece by piece in accordance with GB231--84 "Metal Brinell Hardness Test Method". 2.5 Inspection of weld overlay 2.5.1 The weld overlay quality of the blade of the milling shoe shall be visually inspected. 2.5.2 The inner and outer diameters of the blade of the milling shoe shall be inspected with plug gauges and ring gauges. 2.6 The inspection of the joint thread shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4775. 2.7 Sealing performance test 2.7.1 The salvage basket shall be placed upright, all the mud injection holes at the bottom of the cylinder body shall be sealed, and a steel ball shall be put in for a water pressure sealing test at a pressure of 10MPa. There shall be no leakage. 2.7.2 5% of each batch of products shall be sampled, at least two sets, for sealing test. If there are unqualified ones, the sampling can be doubled. If still unqualified, 2 should be tested one by one. 3 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage ZB E92 001-87 3.1 The salvage basket shall be printed with the following marks in the marking groove of the upper joint in the following order: a.
