JB/T2984.3—1999 Limit deviation Basic dimensions Limit deviation The thread is made of fine pitch ordinary thread specified in GB/T193, and its tolerance zone is 6H grade specified in GB/T197. The surface roughness R value of the side of the internal thread is 3.2um, and the surface roughness of the minor diameter is not specified. The surface of the nut should be oxidized and coated with anti-rust oil. Other technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3098.2. The mechanical properties of the nut shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The sampling method is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T90, n=80 pieces, and the qualified quality level (AQL) and qualified judgment number (Ac) are specified according to the importance of the inspection items. Packaging, transportation and storage Nuts should be cleaned of dirt and metal chips before packaging, and the surface should be coated with rust inhibitor. After assembly with bolts, they should be packed in wooden boxes lined with moisture-proof paper or 7.1 Package, and ensure that the parts will not be damaged during normal transportation. The weight of a single box shall not exceed 30kg. A certificate of conformity signed by the inspector shall be attached to the box, and the name, model and quantity of the product shall be indicated. 7.2 The box shall be marked with: a) manufacturer's name; b) product name and model; c) product specifications or marks; d) number of pieces and net weight: e) manufacturing (ex-factory) date. 7.4 After packing, the nuts should be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse.
