This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of packaging containers made of tin (chromium) thin steel plate printed products. This standard is applicable to packaging containers made of tin (chromium) steel plate printed products (excluding food and beverage containers that can meet commercial sterility requirements after dense irradiation), used for packaging of dry food, beverages, chemicals, medicines and other products, and also applicable to packaging containers made of printed tin (chromium) steel plates. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Main parts
The parts of the printed surface that reflect the above pattern, text, mark and bar code. 3.2 Slight scratches
The printed surface shall not be scratched with a size of mm×20mm without revealing any scratch marks. Material quality requirements
The thickness of the electroplated tin steel sheet is 0.18~0.4mm, and other properties meet the requirements of G2520. 4.7
The thickness of the lead-plated steel sheet is 0.18~0.36mm, and the hardness value HR30T is 50~68. Technical requirements
Surface scratches
The main parts shall be free of scratches, and minor scratches of no more than 8 are allowed on the secondary parts. 5.2 Sealing
The curling edge is smooth, tight and even. The corners of the square edge are allowed to have visible teeth. 5.3 Seams
5.3.7 The surface of the joint has no obvious indentation, no cracks, and the ink layer does not fall off. The interface is tight, and the error between the two interfaces is not more than 0.5mm.
5.3.2 Resistance explosion

8.1.1 The surface of the packaging box shall be printed with the product name, specification, quantity, external dimensions of the packaging, weight, manufacturer, and ex-factory date.
8.1.2 The "Handle with care" mark shall be marked.
8.2 Packaging
The packaging method and specifications shall be determined according to user requirements. 8.3 Transportation
When transporting, the products should be lightly loaded and carefully tied to prevent collision, rain, exposure and pollution. 8.4 Storage
From the date of leaving the factory, the storage period is 1 month. The storage room should be ventilated, dry and clean. Heavy pressure is strictly prohibited. Additional remarks:
