Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of epoxy glass powder mica tape (hereinafter referred to as powder mica tape) used for vacuum pressure impregnation. This standard is applicable to mica tape with mica paper as the base material, epoxy adhesive paint as the adhesive curing agent, and electrical alkali-free glass cloth as the reinforcing material on one or both sides. It is soft under normal conditions and is cured and formed after being treated with a compatible impregnation resin through a vacuum pressure impregnation insulation process. The final curing performance of the powder mica tape mainly depends on the vacuum pressure impregnation resin used. Inspection rules
6.1 The same raw materials and processes are used to continuously produce mica tapes for no more than 24 hours. Each batch of mica tapes should have the same performance. Each batch of mica tapes must be inspected before delivery. The inspection items are 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 of this standard, Table 4, Items 1 and 2.
6.2 Take samples from no less than 5% of the total number of packaging bamboo shoots (bags) in a batch, and the batch size should not be less than 3 bamboo shoots (bags) per hour. Take one drum from each bamboo shoot and inspect it according to 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard. Take one drum from a batch and inspect it according to 4.3 and 4.4 of this standard. 6.3 Items 3 and 4 in Table 4 of 4.4 of this standard shall be inspected at least once a year. 6.4 Others shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB5020. 7
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The powder mica tape should be rolled on a tube core with an inner diameter of 40mm±2mm. The wall thickness of the tube core should not exceed 5mm, which can also be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. For single-sided reinforced powder mica tape, unless otherwise specified in the order contract, the material should be rolled with the mica paper side facing outward. 7.2
