Introduction to standards:
This standard replaces GB13042-1998 "Packaging Container Aerosol Cans". This standard specifies the terminology, classification, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of iron aerosol cans. This standard applies to aerosol cans with a diameter of 25.4mm and a volume not exceeding 1000ml, made of tinned (chromium) thin steel plates. Compared with GB13042-1998 "Packaging Container Aerosol Cans", this standard has the following major changes: - It clearly stipulates that the volume of aerosol cans should not be greater than 1000ml; - It cancels the classification method of Z type and Y type according to materials and changes to classification according to structure, shape and pressure resistance; - The printing quality requirements shall comply with the provisions of QB/T1877. - The average contact height requirement for the can mouth is cancelled; - The heat resistance test requirement is cancelled; - The deformation pressure and bursting pressure requirements are changed to two levels, ordinary cans and high-pressure cans; - Add compatibility requirements; - Add hygiene requirements. Place the sample can on the water bath tester, immerse it in water, inflate it and pressurize it to U. 80 MPa~-0. 85 MPa, and observe whether there are bubbles in the entire can within 1 minute.
7.7 Deformation pressure and burst pressure determination
7.7.1 Instrument
Aerosol burst pressure determination instrument: pressure range 0 MPa~4.0 MPat. 7.7.2 Determination method
Fill the sample can with clean water, insert the sealing head, tighten it (clamp it), and then fill the can with water and pressurize it to gradually increase the specified value of the deformation pressure, keep it for 10 seconds, and observe whether the can has permanent deformation. Continue to increase the pressure to the specified value of the burst pressure, keep it for 10 seconds, and observe whether the can bursts. 0 Inspection rules
8.1 The number of shipments is a batch, and one aerosol can is a unit product. 8.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection must be carried out when the product is delivered. The inspection items are 6.1, 6.2, 6.3.1 and the airtight test in 6.4. The type inspection items are 6.1~6.4. 8.3 Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases. a) When the raw materials and processes are changed, it should be carried out once every six months during normal production: b) c) When the product is resumed after suspension; d) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection 8.4 Sampling plan GB13042—2008 In this standard, 6.1 and 6.2 shall be subject to the one-time sampling plan for regular belt inspection in GB/T2828.1, and 6.3.6.4 shall be subject to the one-time sampling plan for regular belt inspection.
