1 Scope
Classification and coding of common military and civil resources
Part 2: Equipment
Civil transport ships
GB/T38003.2—2020
This part of GB/T38003 specifies the classification principles and methods of the equipment-type civil transport ships in common military and civil resources, the principles, methods and code structure of coding, as well as the classification code table and the base name code table of civil transport ships. This part applies to information processing and information exchange of civil transport ships in the equipment-type of common military and civil resources. 2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For all referenced documents with dates, only the versions with dates apply to this document. For any undated referenced document, its latest version (including all amendments) shall apply to this document GB/T10113-2003 General terminology for classification and coding GB/T37936-2019 Requirements for the compilation of classification and coding of military and civilian general resource information GB/T39315.2 Military and civilian general resource data model Part 2: Equipment-type civil transport ship terms and definitions
GB/T10113-2003 and GB/T37936-2019 and the following terms and definitions shall apply to this document 3.1
Linear classification method of linear classification Classify the classification object into several levels according to several selected attributes (or characteristics), and each level is divided into several categories. The categories of the same level of the same branch are in parallel relationship, and the categories of different levels are in subordinate relationship. [GB/T10113—2003, definition 2.1.5
Fiducial item name, approved item name The naming of a group of objects with similar characteristics that can be described by the same definition or data model [GB/T37936—2019, definition 3.6]
4 Classification principles and methods
4.1 Classification principles
The classification of civil transport ships in the military and civil general resource equipment category refers to the classification of transport ships in the United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC), or is extended by referring to the UNSPSC classification principles.
4.2 Classification methods
The classification of civil transport ships in the military and civil general resource equipment category adopts the line classification method, which is divided into three levels, representing major categories, medium categories and minor categories respectively.
GB/T38003.2—2020
5 Coding principles, methods and code structure
Coding principles
Coding should comply with the requirements of 4.1 of GB/T37936-2019, and be unique, simple, applicable, standardized and extensible. 5.2
Coding method
The equipment category in the military and civilian general resources adopts a 7-digit alphanumeric code, of which: the first digit is the English letter "U", representing the reference to the UNSPSC code; the last 6 digits are hierarchical codes, and each level is represented by 2 Arabic numerals, representing the major category, medium category and minor category respectively. 5.3
Code structure
The schematic diagram of the civil transport ship classification code structure is shown in Figure 1. U means the use of UNSPSC code, X, X2 means the major category, XX, means the medium category, and XX. means the minor category.

The code table number is D01001, see Table 1, and the code table column description is as follows: ·BA: Civil transport ship classification code, (7X); ·BB: Civil transport ship classification name, (*60X):. BC: Corresponding military supplies and equipment classification code, *60X). BD: Corresponding military supplies and equipment classification name, (*60X); ·CA: Notes, (*100X).
