Example: A ductile iron grinding disc with a diameter of 550 mm is marked as: MP 550 Material code -Diameter specification Grinding disc name code Papermaking machinery industry code Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on November 10, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Basic requirements QB/T 1629 -- 1992 4.1.1 Grinding discs shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 Grinding disc casting and machining shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.2 Material requirements Grinding disc materials shall be smelted according to the prescribed formula, and their metallographic structure and hardness after heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The number of pores for grinding discs with a diameter of less than 550mm shall not exceed 20, and the number of pores for grinding discs with a diameter of more than 550mm shall not exceed 40, and the number of pores shall not exceed 2 per square centimeter. 4.4.5 For special steel grinding discs, the tooth surface is allowed to have defects with a diameter and depth not exceeding 1.5mm, and the number of pores shall not exceed 20 per group, and the number of pores shall not exceed 2 per square centimeter. 4.5 Service life 4.5.1 Cast iron grinding discs are used for free beating of bleached rice and wheat straw pulp. Under the condition that the beating degree is increased by 8~10°SR (Schober's), the service life shall not be less than 700h. Used for free beating of bleached kraft pulp (needle), the service life shall be not less than 2500h under the condition that the beating degree increases by 10°SR (Schober's). 4.5.2 Special steel grinding discs are used for rough grinding of chemical thermomechanical pulp (CTMP), with a service life of not less than 1500h and a fine grinding service life of not less than 500h. 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Test methods 5.1.1 Metallographic structure analysis is carried out with a metallographic microscope. 5.1.2 Tooth surface hardness test is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T230. 5.1.3 Machining inspection is carried out with ordinary measuring tools as usual. 5.1.4 Moving disc grinding discs must be measured by static balancing instrument. 5.1.5 Appearance quality is inspected by visual inspection. 5.2 Inspection rules 5.2.1 Factory inspection The grinding disc must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to the requirements of 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4, and the product certificate must be issued before it can be shipped. 5.2.2 Type inspection 5.2.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a. When the new product is trial-made and identified; After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, processes, etc., which may affect product performance; b. When the national quality supervision department makes a request. c. 5.2.2.2 Type inspection content includes: All items of factory inspection; Service life test. 5.2.2.3 Type inspection can be carried out at the user's factory, and it is allowed to use usage records as the basis. 5.3 Sampling plan 5.3.1 Sampling plan for factory inspection 5.3.1.1 A single sampling plan is adopted in accordance with GB/T2828. 5.3.1.2 The inspection level adopts the general inspection level IL=II. 5.3.1.3 The qualified quality level AQL=4.0. 5.3.1.4 The determination of the sampling plan and the judgment and processing of the qualified or unqualified inspection batches and the conversion of the strictness shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T2828. 5.3.2 Sampling plan for type inspection A single sampling plan is adopted, and 2 sets are selected as samples each time. All of them must be qualified to be judged as qualified for type inspection. Samples should be randomly selected from a batch or several batches that have passed the factory 209 inspection. 5.4 Product quality grades and assessment methods QB/T 1629—1992 5.4.1 The product quality grades of cast iron grinding discs and special steel grinding discs are divided into three grades: A, B and C. The grading indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 5 and Table 6 respectively (A, B and C refer to superior grade, first grade and qualified grade).
