Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 21, 1992 and implemented on May 1, 1993 Approved on December 21, 1992 by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China and implemented on May 1, 1993 A boiler is called a flue-type waste heat boiler. 4 Technical requirements JB/T6503-92 4.1 The design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection, repair and modification of flue-type waste heat boilers (hereinafter referred to as "boilers") must comply with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers" or "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Hot Water Boilers". 4.2 The model compilation of boiler products shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ98017. 4.3 The pressure components of the boiler must comply with the provisions of GB9222 or JB3622. Boiler products shall be manufactured according to drawings approved through prescribed procedures. 4.4 4.5 The water quality of boilers with a rated steam pressure greater than or equal to 3.82MPa shall comply with the provisions of SD163, and the water quality of boilers with a rated steam pressure less than or equal to 2.45MPa shall comply with the provisions of GB1575. Products with special requirements shall be indicated in the technical contract. 4.6 The installation of the boiler shall be carried out in accordance with the installation drawings and relevant technical documents provided by the manufacturing or design unit; and when the rated steam pressure is greater than 2.45MPa, it shall comply with the provisions of DLJ52, and when the rated steam pressure is less than or equal to 2.45MPa, it shall comply with the provisions of TJ231 (VI). 4.7 Effective measures should be taken to prevent dust accumulation, corrosion and wear when designing the boiler. 4.8 The volute furnace should have the ability to adapt to the normal changes in the load of the main process equipment. For boilers that burn waste gas, waste materials, waste liquid or use waste heat from flue gas, if the boiler is explosive, an explosion-proof device should generally be installed at the explosion-prone part. 4.10 If the boiler is equipped with an auxiliary combustion device, the air preheater of the main process equipment cannot be located at the tail of the boiler. 4.11 In order to ensure the normal operation of the main process equipment, the overhaul interval of the boiler should generally be more than one year, and should not be less than the overhaul interval of the main process equipment. When the boiler is arranged outdoors, antifreeze, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion measures should be taken. When operating under the design parameters, the waste heat utilization rate of the boiler shall not be lower than the guaranteed value. The guaranteed value is determined by the agreement. Under normal operating conditions, when the ambient temperature is 25C, the outer wall temperature of the boiler should generally not be higher than 50℃. 4.15 The steam quality of the boiler shall meet the following requirements: For boilers without superheaters, the saturated steam humidity: 4.15.1 For water-tube boilers, it shall not be greater than 3%; for shell boilers, it shall not be greater than 4%. 4.15.2 For non-power boilers with superheaters, the salt content of superheated steam shall not exceed 0.5mg/kg. For power boilers, the salt content of superheated steam shall comply with the provisions of SD163. Under rated working conditions, the deviation range of superheated steam temperature shall not exceed the following provisions: 4.16 When the superheated steam temperature is less than or equal to 300℃, it is +30°C, -20°C; when the superheated steam temperature is 350℃, it is +20℃, -20℃; when the superheated steam temperature is 400℃, it is +10C, -20℃; when the superheated steam temperature is 450℃, it is +10C, -15℃. The materials and manufacturing of the main parts of the boiler shall comply with the provisions of the manufacturing technical standards listed in Chapter 2. The quality of the auxiliary machines and accessories within the scope of supply of the main engine factory shall comply with their respective product standards and the requirements of the main engine. The main engine factory shall handle the relevant product quality issues in a unified manner, and the auxiliary machines shall be responsible for them respectively. Under the conditions that the user complies with this standard and the relevant technical documents and agreements, if the damage is indeed caused by poor design and manufacturing quality, or it cannot operate normally, the design unit shall be responsible for product performance issues, and the manufacturing unit shall be responsible for manufacturing quality issues. 5 Test, appraisal, and acceptance 5.1 Trial-produced products must be thermally tested according to the requirements of GB10863. 5.2 New trial-produced products must be appraised after the tin furnace has been in normal operation for half a year. New trial-produced products that have not been appraised shall not be mass-produced. The contents of the agreement shall include product performance, safe operation, and manufacturing technical requirements. The technical documents for appraisal should include: 38 General drawing of boiler and main parts; JB/T6503-92 Quality inspection report of main pressure-bearing components (boiler shell, header, pipe); Trial production appraisal outline; Thermal test report; Standardization review report; Strength calculation sheet of main pressure-bearing components of boiler: Boiler safety valve discharge calculation sheet; Thermal calculation data of boiler;bzxZ.net Trial production summary (including design and process); User evaluation opinions; Forced circulation hot water waste heat boiler should also provide water flow chart. 5.3 For products with special requirements, additional acceptance test items can be indicated in the boiler design technical agreement after consultation. 5.4 When the manufacturer organizes thermal test by itself, the quality management department shall report on the implementation of GB10863 standard during the thermal test. 5.5 Each boiler must be inspected and qualified before it can leave the factory. The manufacturer shall provide a "Product Quality Certificate" (including factory certificate, metal material certificate, welding quality certificate and water pressure test certificate). Users have the right to inspect the manufacturing quality of the boiler and assess whether the product performance indicators meet the requirements of this standard in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.6 6 Marking and packaging Each boiler shall be equipped with a fixed metal nameplate in a conspicuous position. The content on the nameplate shall include: a. Manufacturer name; Product model and name; Main technical specifications: Steam boilers include: rated evaporation capacity, rated steam pressure and rated steam temperature; hot water boilers include: rated output, rated working pressure, rated outlet/inlet water temperature; d.
