This standard has revised ZB/TD51002—86 "Phosphate Rock for Yellow Phosphorus". The principles of this revision are to give full consideration to the use requirements, closely combine with the actual situation, reasonably use national resources, promote technological achievements, improve economic benefits, achieve advanced technology, reasonable economy, convenient use, and coordinate with relevant standards. In this revision, the classification of the previous version is adjusted according to GB/T12707-91 "Guidelines for the Classification of Industrial Product Quality", divided into three levels, and some control items are adjusted, SiO2 is replaced by SiO2/CaO, and Fe2O: items are cancelled, so as to be more in line with production practice; necessary adjustments are made to various technical indicators according to process requirements, combined with domestic resource conditions, production status and opinions of all parties, and with reference to international commodity mine conditions; the compilation rules are carried out in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993. This standard replaces the original professional standard ZB/TD51002-86 of the People's Republic of China from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Mining Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 3 Requirements

4 Test method
4.1 The preparation of the phosphate rock analysis sample for yellow phosphorus shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1868.
4.2 The determination of phosphorus pentoxide (P2Os) content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1871.1.

5 Inspection rules
5.1 The sampling of phosphate rock analysis samples for yellow phosphorus shall be carried out according to GB/T1868. 5.2 The ore of the same grade and sent to the same user at the same time is considered as a batch. 5.3 Each batch of phosphate ore shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the production unit, and the production unit shall ensure that the phosphate ore supplied meets the technical requirements of this standard.
5.4 The user has the right to inspect the quality of the phosphate ore received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection, it should be raised within 15 days after arrival.
5.5 This standard adopts the "rounded value comparison method" specified in GB/T1250 to determine whether the inspection results meet the standard requirements. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality and need arbitration, the relevant product quality arbitration provisions in the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" shall be followed.
6 Marking, labeling, packaging
6.1 Each batch of phosphate ore shall have a quality manual, which shall include the name of the production unit, product name, product grade, quality index, product net weight, batch number, delivery date and this standard number. 6.2 Phosphate ore from different delivery batches shall be stacked separately. 2
